Beautiful south facing Villa with private pool and hot tub overlooking a peaceful lake.

This private gated community is 20 minutes to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and 20 minutes to Universal Studio and 45minutes to the gorgeous Daytona beach where you can actually drive your car onto this huge beach.

A code will be provided for the private entrance 90 days before your stay this in itself provides security and peace of mind for a lovely family holiday.

Amenities in the home are a full cooker and hob, microwave oven and full size fridge freezer. Indoor and outdoor dining area. Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. A Yale wifi locking system. A coffee machine for that all important caffeine fix before an exciting day at the parks.

Still have energy left after the best day ever? Then there is a fully equipped games room with air hockey and billiard table.

No energy left ? A relaxing hot tub awaits you with ambient lighting at night to help you relax whilst you drink a glass of something cold, fizzy or both! Pool heat is required as extra for it to be hot

The home was great. Perfect layout for the 3 generations of our family visiting. Check in and checkout was easy, the pool was perfect with the heating. We would highly recommend this home.

Loved staying here and would highly recommended. House was very clean and well equipped apart from lack of tea towels (only 1). Beds were comfy and the kids loved the snuggle seat in the living room. Outside area was also fab but some cleaning needed for the seat cushions. The views and the villa being south facing made sitting out a dream, and a few times we saw the gators sunbathing on the bank. A big issue for a larger group is the hot water. Not sure if the system is old but you only get a certain amount of hot water and after 2-3 showers everybody else is getting a cold one. Communication has been really good with quick replies.

Great Stay in Florida!

This home is wonderful! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, absolutely clean inside and out with a location that is great because it’s not in a high traffic area but is very close to all the stores and restaurants you could want. I highly recommend this for any type of group- families especially.

it was a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. she did have the ac locked on 75 which we must have missed when reading the information online before booking. but once we messaged her about it she unlocked it so we could turn it down to sleep. also i was really excited to find a home that had a air hockey table. but it was broken. other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoy staying in this beautiful and comfortable house. Owner was very nice in answering all of our questions on time. Place was very close to the parks if you want to stay close to them this is the place to stay.

Great Stay!

House was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and cooking hardware. Pool was very nice. We spent 5 days at Disney Parks and house is located 15-20 minutes from them. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Disney.

Amazing stay

We have been on vacation to Orlando several times. Staying at this house was our favorite. It was great to come back each night to this beautiful home, with lot of fun things for the kids to do. We loved the pool and hot tub. The game room was a huge favorite for the kids.

Beautiful Home in a great location

Very nice home just a short drive from Disney. The property owner was very accommodating and the local management company responded very quickly to a HVAC problem. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Disney or other Orlando attractions

Fantastic holiday

We had an amazing 14-day stay at a villa in Cumbrian Lakes. The area is secure, quiet, and perfect for a peaceful retreat. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool area was a highlight, overlooking the lake where we enjoyed spotting wildlife. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return and highly recommend this villa to our friends and family."

Wonderful Home, Close to Disney

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very close to Disney which made it easy with three little girls :). The pool was perfect also. We had everything we needed for our family vacation. The host, Jemma, is absolutely amazing! Everything was a 10 out of 10. You will be extremely happy with this property.

Disappointed to leave

Our favorite part of this rental was the back patio. We loved the swimming pool, or just sitting out, both in the sun or in the shade of the covered area. Having the small lake right there was picturesque. The location of the home was great, too. Close to so much, but quiet. The home was spacious and everything we needed. The owner was responsive and considerate. No hesitation to recommend this for your vacation.

Nice place

Our stay was great. we enjoyed the pool, game room and the rest of the house. Very close to my mom's home which was the reason for the stay. There's only 2 suggestions that I would like to make: 1. bathroom tissue paper should have spare ones in each bathrooms and the bed sheets and covers smell of mildew. As if they had been left in the washing machine for an extended period of time then dried. Overall the place was very nice and tidy.
