Welcome to our elevated peaceful home tucked away in a naturally wooded area within the exclusive Holmes Point community. Lake front parks along the shores of Lake Washington, as well as hiking and biking trails, surround this serene community of lush landscapes. Inside you'll find inviting well appointed interior features and modern finishes, a private secluded office, and a gorgeous landscaped yard to enhance your unique experience.



The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.


Our location is adjacent to Bastyr University as well as Saint Edwards State Park with an upscale lodge offering fine dining, lavish wellness spa facilities and a fine art gallery.
With easy access to Lake Washington, recreation is just down the hill inviting a fun filled day of boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming.
The nearby beach front parks offer picnic areas, playgrounds and canopies of trees to relax in the shade.
Downtown Kirkland is only 15 minutes away and has an abundance of dining options, wine bars, breweries, nightlife, cafes, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. Stroll the beaches and docks of Moss Bay to capture views of Downtown Seattle across the water.
Take a scenic waterfront drive to Downtown Bellevue, renowned for it's fabulous restaurants, gleaming high-rises and over 200 retail stores at Bellevue Square Mall.

Guests have access to the entire home, front and rear yards, private office and driveway. There are no shared spaces with other guests or neighboring properties.

Our home has a custom built layout with the ground level entry set back from the street under an exterior breezeway behind the garage.

The entry level foyer showcases the living room and dining area, both with panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space and bright natural light, plus an island with barstools.
Step outside from the dining area to the elevated deck overlooking the patio below. The hallway near the foyer includes a coat closet and a half bathroom.

Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a King size bed, and its own private balcony. Step in to soothing heated floors of the ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and freestanding deep soaker tub.

Stroll across the covered outdoor breezeway to a secluded private office, equipped with a desk, credenza, ergonomic chair and plenty of natural light.

Down one level from the entryway you'll find the second and third bedrooms, another full bathroom, the laundry area and a spacious family room with a 65" Smart TV to stream your favorite watchlists.

The family room leads to the fully furnished patio and back yard amenities.

The Holmes Point neighborhood rests at the base of Finn Hill in Kirkland along the shoreline of Lake Washington.

Public transit is not nearby. Guests will need a vehicle or ride services to get around the area.

Enjoy your morning coffee and unwind in the evenings from the lounge chairs on our second floor deck. Absorb the serenity of stunning sunsets and wake up to pocket views of Lake Washington beyond the tree tops from the top level balcony in the primary bedroom.

The ground level patio includes an outdoor dining set, barbecue grill, fire pit and plenty of cushioned seating in a tranquil setting surrounded by ornamental trees, plants and shrubs.

Our home is located near the end of a narrow private street. Guests can park two vehicles in the driveway. There is also room for one vehicle to park on the street in front of our property.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning, plus a portable air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom to better maintain your comfort level during warm weather.

The exclusive office area upstairs also has a portable air conditioning unit.

Please do not disconnect or attempt to relocate the portable air conditioners. They are securely installed to properly ventilate exhaust out the window.

During cool outdoor weather months the portable A/C's are intentionally uninstalled and stored away. Should you require the portable A/C's be available during the cool weather season, please notify the host in advance so we can install it before your stay.

Guests may use the bicycles and the golf clubs in the garage. Guests assume responsibility for the care, handling and transport of the equipment, and agree to return it to the garage after each use.

Guests must agree to use this equipment responsibly and understand that recreational activity may cause physical harm or injury to themselves, or someone else, and confirm they do not have a condition, medical or physical, that could prevent them from participating in said activity.

To the best of our knowledge the equipment is in good working order.
