Located in the North Rose Hill neighborhood, relax and entertain at our home while enjoying the breathtaking picturesque stream & lush landscaping.

Whether you’re looking for an activity that’s a bit out of the ordinary, try birdwatching at Forbes Lake Park, or plan a family get-together at the amazing shelter area found in Woodlands Park!

Surrounded by lush green trees, this home is about 5 mins walk to North Rose Hill Woodlands Park which offers playgrounds and bike trails. Whether you’re looking to explore the coast, take a stroll along the trails, browse the local boutiques, or enjoy all of this and more with a glass of wine in Woodinville Wine Country, you’ll be amazed by what’s out there in Seattle, WA.

After an exciting day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family in the spacious living and family room area and watch a movie or watch a sports game on our 55" Smart TV. There is also a fireplace that gives a warm ambiance to the area.

For those nights you want to stay and chill out, there’s a fully-appointed kitchen with ample storage and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat. The kitchen comes with a large garden window overlooking the serene front yard.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses. There are also 2 queen pull-out sofa beds, 1 each in the living area and family room for extra sleeping space. The main bathroom is between the primary and guest bedrooms in the hallway. The other bathroom is off the family room.

For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair for you to use and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.2 Gbps!

You can enjoy the beautiful & private shy half-acre, storybook setting of this home. There is a lush green space in the backyard and also a pond with local waterfowl!

An ensuite washer and dryer, a 2 driveway spaces and all the necessary items for those nights when you would like to stay while planning your trip to Seattle. We want to give you an experience that you'll love just as much as our amazing town!
