The host was excellent. Communication was clear, precise and prompt. The place was just as advertised, close to everything. Clean comfortable and quiet. I would and will recommend this location. I was in town for my daughter’s graduation from Fort Jackson.

The Paija Palace was clean and had good amenities. It is warmly decorated and feels very comfortable. The check in and check out process were very easy and the host communications were very professional.It is located on a busy street and the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges.

I visited fort Jackson to attend my son’s graduation from BASICS Training. The place was clean, cozy, and was close to all the amenities and close to the base. Highly recommend!

Fort Jackson trip

Stayed at this property to attend my sons' graduation from Fort Jackson. Conveniently located 6 miles away. And close to restaurants and store. An updated amenities list would be helpful. As there was only one set of towels for 4 and we went through them quickly. In addition, some basic kitchen items would be good for arrival for ex: more than one garbage bag. Overall, good stay and I don't usually give anyone review a 5 star but this was a pleasant stay.

Very close to Ft Jackson

My husband myself and daughter stayed there to attend our son’s graduation from basic training. The property was very easy to find. It was almost a straight shot to post and very close. It was very clean and well decorated. A half bath downstairs and each bedroom upstairs had its own full bathroom. Very convenient with a teen daughter. Very easy check in. The host was quick to respond when we noticed one of the upstairs toilets kept running. She immediately got someone in there to fix it while we were at family day with out son. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. The only con was the property did not have any napkins or paper towels We would stay again if we were ever in Columbia. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed our stay.

Rental for military graduation

We were very lucky to find this place. Very close to military base( about 10 min) and short distance to shopping places. Overall this was very good stay for us.

Girls' Weekend

The pictures were exactly what we walked into. The house is clean, comfortable, and a great location. I hope to bring the rest of our family here in the future.

Dont stay here!

Thought this place was nice when booked it. Never has a negative review from what i could see but found out the hard way. Drive way needs work. About lost my bottom of my car scrapping getting in and out of driveway. Place looked nice but had roaches. Contacted host, he was nice but only gave me back 1 night stay when i booked 3 nights. He said he would give me 50 percent refund but did not. After saying so he got defensive and never replied to my message( ignored me). While talking to him on the phone after finding roaches, he states he had an issue with roaches a month before my booking but never told us or anyone about it. I wouldnt recommend this place or host. Please dont waste your money and go somewhere else.

The only issue we had was the toilet. Every flush we did, we had to open the tank to close the plastic cover in the inside

in town for military graduation

We were in town for a military graduation. Pros: - The rental was clean and we appreciated how close it was to the base (about a 10-min drive). - We discovered a minor issue with one of the toilet tanks and the owners were extremely communicative with us in effort to resolve; they even offered to have a plumber come while we were there. Cons: - The insulation isn't awesome. We could hear neighbors' television and conversations as well as all the road traffic. - Mattresses were uncomfortable. We had asked about mattresses ahead of time as we prefer a soft mattress and the owners were unsure how to rate their firmness. If you like firm you should be happy, the one in the bedroom in the back of the rental was okay however we found the mattress in the front bedroom to be extremely uncomfortable because of how thin/firm it was.

Great house, close to everything

Stayed at house for a football weekend. House was exactly as described. Clean, in good shape, good communication with management. Close to university and ft Jackson. Food, groceries, gas stations nearby.

Quick trip 10/10

We stayed here for a USC football game weekend with friends and had the best time! The house was super clean, smelt great, and the beds were comfy. There was enough parking space for 2 cars which was a plus because due to flight changes we ended up having to rent an additional car to drive from Charlotte. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Needs improvement

As soon as we opened the front door we were hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke and air freshener. The furnishings are very sparse with a small couch and a lumpy futon in the living room need to have a side table and floor light there and something better to sit on than that futon. There was one bath towel in each bathroom . We were able to find a few more towels in a closet, they were faded and mismatched. Getting rid of the smoke smell and upgrading some furnishings would make a big difference.

Great space!

Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. The road it is on is a little busy, so the traffic noise was a little more than expected. But a convenient, quick location if you are doing anything on Ft. Jackson.

Rosewood - Columbia stay

My family enjoyed our stay at this clean, very spacious rental. All necessities were provided and the owner was prompt with answering any questions we had before and during our stay. Easy drive to USC to visit our daughter on a football game weekend!
