Location was prime. House was meh
The location of this house was absolutely everything we wanted. Great family location lots of things to do and see. Beach was only a 2 minute drive the pool was one house down which is great with kids. This is a privately owned property so outside of checking in you won’t get much assistance from the front desk. The house wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t very clean either. The floors were so dirty when we first arrived definitely hadn’t been swept or moped in a long time. You only get 2 trash bags and we stayed 5 nights. Front desk wouldn’t give us anymore so we had to buy our own. We also had to get laundry pods because they won’t provide anymore towels than what’s in the house which isn’t much for the amount of people it sleeps. When I spoke to the front desk they told me they wouldn’t provide anything for us so they weren’t much help because it’s privately owned. This meant I did laundry every single day I was there to keep up with having enough towels for everyone. Not ideal for vacation. It says it sleeps 8 but for the size I wouldn’t plan to have more than 6 people there. The photos shown isn’t the house you are going to be in it was very outdated in comparison to the photos. The trash cans outside didn’t have lids and were broken so we were constantly having to pick up trash due to animals getting into the garbage. Overall I would go back to this place but I would go directly through litchfeild so that they would take care of any of our needs.
