También conocido como "Southern Comfort" se trata de una casa de estilo Charleston se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada de Litchfield por el mar, una fila de casas del mar.

La casa tiene dos grandes terrazas abiertas y grandes vistas del océano.
El primer piso tiene cuatro dormitorios y tres cuartos de baño, y lavadero. El segundo piso tiene cocina, sala de estar, comedor, un dormitorio y un baño. Hay dos mesas de comedor; hay dos salas de estar en la sala de estar, incluyendo una gran área de visualización de TV.

4 baños completos con hidromasaje en baño principal. 47 'TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar, de televisión por cable en 3 dormitorios, conexión de alta velocidad inalámbrico a Internet, servicio de telefonía local.

La playa está muy cerca. Es un 1 minuto a pie por un camino detrás de la casa más allá de la piscina y sobre las dunas - no hay calles para cruzar! Usted está allí, plantar su silla de playa!

Location is amazing, so close to the pool and the beach. Bedrooms and showers are quite small but definitely doable for a week stay. Bed was comfortable. No blankets that were found, just sheet and comforter so we just used a comforter from another bed. The kitchen and living area are spacious and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped but as a side note you will need dishwasher liquid to wash dishes in the sink and dishwasher tablets to run the dishwasher. The communication with the owner was quick and thorough. Would definitely stay again.

Owners limited access to much of the house. Six or seven locked doors. There were no table lamps at all in the main room. Our contact Martha, was able to find two in owners closet. There is a deck that renters were locked out of. Absolutely no area rugs at all, therefore entire house was sandy. In regards to appointments, really spartan. Would not rent again.

We had 3 families with everything from toddlers to seniors. Everyone had plenty of room, the location is first class, and the home was great!

Great location. Very close to pool and beach. Disappointed that hot tub in the master bedroom didn’t work and Jen air in the kitchen did not work very clean.

Beautiful house with great location

House was very beautiful and had lots of room for our whole extended family. Love that the beach and pool were steps from the back door and there was even an ocean view from the kitchen. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Resort location was great--close to restaurants and shopping and it was a quick trip into Myrtle Beach for the amusements.

Family Beach Vacation

The location of this property is great. Close to the beach and the pool. Since it is by the pool, sitting on the deck is enjoyable with lovely view. There is plenty of room for everyone.

Fantastic week!

We had great communication with the house owners prior to arrival and they checked on us a day into our vacation to ensure all was well and all was fantastic! House was exactly as advertised, so close to the beach and pool. Spotless and suited our family perfectly. Can't wait to go back!!

Great Home!

Property was great! Quick walk to the beach, overlooked the pool, and we loved all of the outdoor decking around the home. My kids loved walking up to the lake (pond?) to do a little fishing. We also loved how many restaurants and shops were within minutes of the property. The kids even walked to some because they were so close. Great place!

Location was great. Parking a bit tight but it worked. Need to spray for a few bugs/ ants Kids loved the pool and easy walk to beach Nice house !

Totally recommend

Our family LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for my 2 young grandbabies and the rest of our family! We used Baby's Away of Myrtle Beach (740) 604-0991 for baby rentals (pack n play, swing, toys and a wagon) TOTALLY recommend them! My youngest daughter turned 16 while we were vacationing here and she is just thrilled with the great memories we all made, she even went parasailing for the first time in Murrells Inlet. I have no complaints and recommend Jon and his home! We will definitely be back 🌞

Great location

The house had many great things— the large room upstairs had two seating areas which made it wonderful for kids and adults… the closeness to the pool and beach were excellent…. The outdoor shower was convenient. The reason for the low stars was the kitchen, mattresses and dryer. The kitchen is in very much in need of updating. The appliances seem to be very old. The refrigerator is too small for a large family… the dishwasher stopped working the day before we left….the stove is ancient and the oven was very slow at heating. Fortunately there was a working microwave. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the ceiling fan in one of the bed rooms made a clicking noise while running. The dryer was very slow at drying. The rental price for this home is extremely high for the condition of the house.

Ideal location, perfect size for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 9 people and it was the perfect size. The top floor had great views of the ocean and marsh. There was ample living/ dining space for us all. We had some issues when we first arrived, but Martha, the property manager, was quick to respond and remedy our issues. It’s worth noting that the windows had different window treatments than in the photos- all of the curtains were sheer in all of the bedrooms. The master bedroom was the only bedroom large enough for our baby’s Pack’n’Play. There were not enough sheer curtains to even cover all the windows in this room. Traveling with an 11 month old, this would have made sleeping and napping difficult. Martha purchased and hung curtains within hours of reaching out to her. It is also important to note that though the listing/ photos show there is a tub, it isn’t currently working. Traveling with a baby, we had to have a tub. Martha was quick to bring us a toddler bathtub, but bath time was still more difficult than if we had been able to use the tub. I do think we should have been notified of this before renting. All in all, we had a lovely vacation. The house’s location is ideal- the back door of the garage is just steps away from the path to the beach and pool. The pool was lovely and very well kept by the sweetest staff. The beach was about a minute walk down the path. The beach was clean, and not too crowded. Martha and Jon were responsive and helpful with our issues.

Enjoyed Stay, but Needs Upgrades.

PROS: 1)Location to pool & beach; 2)Lrg 2-car garage w/lots of extra room for golf cart, grill, beach chairs, etc...; 3)Two lrg. trash cans in garage; 4)Steps inside garage lead to 1st floor; 5)Hose in garage for washing feet, chairs, etc.& back door that leads out to the pool & beach; 6)Great hot water; 7)Great AC; 8)Two large wrap-around porches; 9)New large refrigerator; 10)Newer stove/oven; 11)Assortment of dishes, pots/pans, utensils; 12)Nice pantry for storage; 13)Lrg. washer/dryer; 14)Lrg. Master BR, bath & closet w/2 walls of windows/glass doors that open to wraparound porch; 15)View of the pool; 16)Beautiful neighborhood. CONS: 1)No view of the ocean or beach; 2)Low water pressure for showers; 3)No rocking chairs on porches & only a few chairs (no table) on lower porch. 4)Kitchen needs upgrades - removal of old non-working cooktop; 5)Kitchen needs vented microwave installed over stove; 6)Not a lot of counter space due to old cooktop & microwave on counter; 7)MBR curtains need to be replaced w/either blackout curtains or blinds. The sheer, curtains are see through at night & allow lights from pool to shine in directly on the bed. The AM sun is so bright, there is no sleeping late. Also a problem in one of the other BRs facing east; 8) MBath needs broken tub replaced; 9) Other 3 bathrooms are TINY; 10) No bathtub in house; 11) Kitchen/den on 3rd floor-lots of steps for loading in groceries; 12)Den-missing curtains/blinds; 13)Shared parking/driveway is very difficult.

Glad to be able to gather with family to reset. Would love to see the properties that have updated and comfortable facilities, kitchen, beds, furniture. Unable to use one of the showers due to a leak issue but owner was quick to offer refund to offset the rent. WiFi was unusable and I was thankfully able to use my own hotspot as I did need to bring some work with me. Unfortunately, I was unwilling to spend too much time on the phone with a service provider for which I would not have seen a benefit until at least the end of my week stay. Owner is aware. Side note, please make pest control a priority; multiple insect-like bugs noted throughout the house and in beds.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the pool and the beach are outstanding. It was fabulous sitting out on the decks in the evening enjoying the beautiful weather.

Annual family beach trip!

Thank you to Jon for the clear communication and accuracy of online listing. We have some to stay at several types of houses/condos in LBTS and needed an additional room since grandma and grandpa came along this year. I appreciated that the property management was very responsive regarding a couple of things that needed addressed from the previous vacationers’ stay. We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and pool! What wasn’t loved about the pool were how much we felt we were being watched at the pool by the pool attendants. Would be helpful for future renters to know that no floaties are allowed at the pool, except for babies. House has all necessities and it was very clear in communication with Jon what we needed to bring with us versus what was provided. Not sure how much others care about sleeping after the sun comes up, but the drapes are all very thin so sunlight comes through by 6:15 so we were all up pretty early. We loved the balconies having options for shade depending on the time of day. Would be great to have a table on the balcony for eating outside. Thanks for sharing your home with us Jon!

Great Vacation Property for Large Families

The house is the perfect place for larger families and provides plenty of space for activities. Lots of deck space on 2 separate floors overlooking the pool area. Top deck does give a view of the ocean. Location of the house is an easy walk to the beach. the pool is convenient to the house, but is a community pool used by other properties. The pool rules are strictly enforced and some rules seem a bit conservative. in the garage/ground floor area under the house, there is a nice shower area to clean off after the beach, and there is another area that houses some nice beach items. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything to make a large meal for the family. Beds seemed a bit firm in all but the master bedroom (king). Linens are not included in the price so make sure you either order them separately or bring your own. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I would book there again.

Perfect EVERYTHING

Excellent house and location for our family vacation. Proximity to beach and pool were awesome, and perfect for my family. Could walk to the beach and pool very quickly which was really great as kids could go on their own too. Super safe neighborhood and beach with nice people. Excellent layout of house. Owner responded quickly with questions. I am a big critic but I have nothing but positive things to say- except I wish we could have stayed LONGER!!!

Beautiful property

Our family of 6 came from Simpsonville SC for our annual family vacation everything was great except there are no blinds on any bedroom window and there is no sleeping in due to the sunrise . There was a tree that kept hitting the house when the wind blew and kept my daughter up from sleep at night also the master over looks the pool and there is a blinking light off of the pool when it gets dark. Other than those things,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Sue and Jon lived for many years in New Jersey where we both worked in the telecommunications industry. Now retired, we live most of the year in our home near the South Carolina beach. We still enjoy sailing, music, shag dancing, and spending time with good friends.

We started vacationing in the Myrtle Beach/Pawleys Island area 40 years ago when Sue's parents retired there. Our girls grew up with wonderful experiences in the pool, at the beach, and at the amusements in Myrtle Beach. We love it there!
