The Cottage by Anna Maria Island

The blue cottage is a charming, clean, and cozy home located in the heart of Bradenton FL.
It is an easy walk to Restaurants, Farmers Market (October- May), Village of the Arts, Riverwalk as well as being close to IMG, Beaches, Golf Courses, and all other attractions throughout the Tampa Bay area.
The kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals and making coffee! The bathroom has a shower and tub w/soap & shampoo provided! The cottage offers two porches. Where you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the evening with a good book, glass of wine, or enjoy dinner on the grill!
This cottage is an excellent location for doing any kind of vacation activity in the Bradenton area!

We had a great time the place was nice and and great location. We went to several and the beach. So a breathtaking sunset. And had great food at the Cottonmmouth Soul Food!!

We enjoyed the Blue Cottage a great deal & it was a perfect place for our stay in Bradenton. The hosts made us feel welcome & were so helpful when we had an internet issue. We had everything we needed for our stay, including spot-on recommendations from our hosts. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing spring break trip with grandkids! The cottage was a perfect fit and located wonderfully for beaches and restaurants. I liked the back parking area and huge screened in porch. We made use of beach towels and chairs that were provided so we didn't have to pack those extra items. The cottage was very clean and decor was pleasing. Especially appreciated coffee supplies! Would recommend for families and would love to come again myself!

The house is only a 15 minute drive to the beach, when traffic is good. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of providing beach towels, sand toys, and beach chairs. The size of the house worked well for our family of four and we would happily stay here again.

We stayed at the cottage as it was near my dad’s new residence and it was just as advertised. The home is in an older, historic area which lends to a different vibe than the newer neighborhoods. The cottage was furnished nicely and the owners made sure we were comfortable, particularly when the temp dropped to the 40s and we needed to turn the heat to the house back on! This is a perfect rental if you are looking for a reasonably priced, simple place to stay and have a rental car to get to the water or nearby areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The hosts were accessible and always answered our questions quickly. We loved sitting on the screened in porch. The cottage was very private and we did not hear any street noise at all.

Great host ,nice property. We had a problem with the shower, but the host had it fixed almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cottage & host!

The cottage was super cute and clean! The host, Laura, is super great at communicating and responds quickly. We were able to check in early which was super helpful & accommodating for our plans. Everywhere we needed to go was just a few minutes drive from the cottage!

The property manager was kind, respectful, and responsive.

The check-in was flawless. The host was utterly attentive and supportive.The cottage appeared clean initially, but we then discovered roaches and mice. It was unsettling to say the least.

Perfect Cottage and Location

We had a soccer tournament in Lakewood Ranch. This was a perfect location between the fields and the beach. The house was nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for our use! It was a little cool for the screened in porch but that was a very nice area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the items. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive in answering questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Three of us lady friends met n spent 4 nights at this cottage. It was very clean n we each had our own room. We arrived late n lights were all on for us. Very welcoming. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Wonderful property!

We had the best experience at this property! Communication from the owner was amazing from start to finish. Owner checked in with us prior to arrival, made sure lights were on for us and turned the heat on so it wasn’t cold when we got in. Very thoughtful and they checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. The house is in a perfect location if you’re traveling for the IMG academy. Clean, everything you could need. Thank you so much! We hope to be back !

Cottage was nice,location questionable

Even though the neighborhood was a historic neighborhood the surrounding houses including the cottage yards were unkept. The cottage was clean and had plenty of rooms but there were window AC units in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom. The other two bedrooms only had ceiling fans. It was a hot weekend and me and my friend had to share the room that had the AC unit in it. The other two rooms were never used. Ana Marie island was about a 20 min drive.

We stay at 3-4 VRBO’s a year. This was one of our favorites because it feels like a home! We have 3 teens and this was the perfect spot for us to stay!!
