About this space
We're back, and we're excited for you to come and enjoy our trendy 1840s Lakehouse!…Fully restored and equipped with modern amenities such as municipal water and Jenn-Air kitchen appliances, this great little spot is sure to be a hit.
Journey along one of the most scenic waterfront driving/cycling routes along historic Bath Road, as rated by TripAdvisor. Experience the best of both Prince Edward Country and Kingston - and everything in between!
The space
Captivating waterfront view framed by hand hewn exposed wooden beams and original pine plank flooring. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor with a large loft bedroom upstairs overlooking the water.
Enjoy waterfront views by the wood stove or at the dining table with friends and family, especially after a wine tour. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area walks out to a spacious furnished deck overlooking the water.
Relax on the deck, kayak, paddleboard, swim or just simply take in the view. Be in Kingston in 20 min to enjoy great dining and shopping or plan a day trip to the many great surrounding areas including all that Prince Edward County has to offer!

Guests have access to the entire home except for the homeowners personal room and basement. Photos of these areas are not shown in the listing.
There's a 14 ft. trampoline and 3/4 acre of yard space to run around plus a bunkie and firepit area right by the water. A Canoe, kayak and paddle board are available for guest use.
Other things to note
A short term lease is required prior to or upon booking confirmation otherwise Host reserves the right to cancel booking.
The maximum number of guests permitted is 8 persons (no exceptions) excluding infants and toddlers.
**Laundry not available for stays 3 nights or less.**
