Find tranquility and peace of mind at this gorgeous home in the very desirable community of Cliff Rose! This beautiful, snowbird-friendly home is within three and a half miles of downtown Prescott and close to nearby lakes, such as Willow Creek and Watson Lake.
This family-friendly home away from home offers a nice, fully-fenced backyard where the kids can run around and play without worry. There are numerous fruit trees that make this home truly stand out from others - some of the trees you will find include apple, apricot, peach, and plum trees. Admire gorgeous panoramic views from the spacious rear deck as you enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table available.
Upon entering this air-conditioned home, you will first encounter the spacious and inviting living room with vaulted ceilings. The kids and kids at heart will have a blast playing all the board games provided and streaming their favorite series on the smart TV with streaming services in the living area. The high-speed WiFi is a great addition that will keep everyone entertained and will make streaming a breeze. The eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar has all the major appliances needed to prepare everything that comes to mind, from complex homemade full-course meals to quick snacks on the go. The nice dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with room for a large table that is perfect for family meals and board game nights. Additional perks include a split bedroom design for more privacy and an on-site washer/dryer.
