Boho Retreat Across the Street from the Beach
Looking for a beach-side escape? Look no further than this one bedroom condo located directly across the street from the white sand beaches at Beach Access 73. Bring your family or your friends. The Southwind community is located just two quick miles from the action-packed pier park, yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet escape. Our community is within walking distance to a fabulous oyster bar & grill, and located near many grocery stores & conveniences. The only thing you need to do is book & enjoy!
The boho retreat is a one bedroom condo that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a private bedroom with a back porch with peek-a-boo views of the crystal clear emerald coast. There is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room and comfy bunk beds in the hallway. There is a front porch off of the living room that overlooks the community pool. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas available for your use. We also provide ground coffee, starter kit of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hand and dish soap, paper towel and toilet paper. We have a few board games including; Sorry, Scrabble, Monopoly and an adult Jenga.
Guests will have access to a private one bedroom condo with two covered balconies, off the front and back of the unit. The community has a pool with an outdoor shower and bathrooms off of it. There is a clubhouse and outdoor tables and chairs. There is a shuffle board. Beach access is directly across the street. There is access to our beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
50% of the total will be billed to your credit card at the time of your reservation. The remaining 50% will be billed 30 days prior to your check-in date. For bookings where the check-in is within 30 days the full payment will be collected at the time of the reservation. The security deposit of $200 will be collected during your stay. It is scheduled to be refunded, in full, 4 days after check-out assuming no damages or excessive cleaning fees are incurred.

Located on the west side of town, near the quaint town of Laguna Beach. Walkable to PCBs local institution, Thomas's Donut and Snack Shop. There is a local boutique grocery store just down the road, a two-story beach accessory store, and brand name grocerier, drug store and coffee shop all within a ten minute drive. Also, Rosemary Beach is a quick 20 minute drive from the condo. Check out my guidebook for some additional recommendations.
Most guests drive and parking is readily available within this community. You can park right in front of your unit, no waiting on elevators. Should you happen to be flying, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is a quick 20 minute drive to the condo.
Please note that this condo is located on the second floor. This community does not have an elevator. This unit is located directly across from the pool. We offer a couple of beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Paid parking is available for $25 per car - the $25 amenity fee covers 1 vehicle. A maxium of two cars is allowed. If you need an additional parking pass or if you are flying, please let us know. The airport is a quick 20 minute ride from the unit. For your convenience we provide starter kits of the following supplies; Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash, Ground Coffee and Filters, 1 roll of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Detergent, Lysol Wipes for Cleaning, 2 Laundry Detergent Pods, 2 Dryer Sheets for the Laundry, 4 rolls of Toilet Paper, and Trash Bags.
Should you be open to long term stays, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Check in is at 4 pm, check out is 10 am. Early check-in may not always be possible and if approved may require additional fees. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Guests bringing children are solely responsible to prevent injury. The weight limit on the bunk beds is 125 lbs per bunk. There are no lifeguards present in the community, thus swimming in the pool is at your own risk. We respect our neighbors and we kindly request that you do too. A garbage dumpster is on premise for trash disposal. We kindly request that guests be at least 21 years old to book this unit. VRBO, Hostaway, Booking.com guests will incur a $200 security deposit that will be pre-authorized three days prior to check out. Please note * Guests may be held financially responsible for lost or damaged items*.

Only one parking pass is included in your booking. Should you require an additional parking pass, you will be charged an additional fee of $25. Please let us know ahead of time if an additional parking pass will be required for your stay. Only owners are allowed to have golf carts in this community. No towels, damp clothing, etc., should be left hanging on the respective balconies of the unit. Should you be traveling with an outdoor grill, grills must be placed ten feet away from the building. We love pets, but unfortunately only owners are allowed to have them in their units at this community.
