Stunning ocean front views from the 9th floor in this beautifully remodeled & tastefully furnished condo on Kahana Bay. A large wrap-around lanai, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, adds to the view. In addition to the HD TV & Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room there is a also a HD TV in the master bedroom. Surf the web with the Wi-Fi signal provided. The master bathroom features a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors, while the guest bath has a tub/shower. A half bathroom has been added in the entry hallway. Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort and is walking distance to shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, China Boat, Dollie's Pub and Cafe and the Beach House Kahana.

This property was everything it said it would be. Very spacious, and just like the pictures. I will for sure stay here again. You cannot beat the views. I'm already planning my next trip.

Chase'N Rainbows does a great job with their units and they are very responsive to any issues that may arise during a stay. We had minor one with the Coffee Maker and it was replaced that day (a Sunday) without any problem. Location, Location, Location could not be more true than at The Royal Kahana. Many whales sightings, numerous turtle sighting from our balcony and while snorkeling. Conveniently located but not in a real busy area.Well worth it.Mahalo to Chase'N RainbowsJerry & Dianne

Great Unit, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful unit, with an amazing view. My only complaint is with Chase N Rainbows' maintenance and/or housekeeping staff. When we checked in, the carpet in the second bedroom had a soaking wet spot left over from an AC repair. I called, but nobody came to dry it out. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen, and they said that they would set bait stations, but never did. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back to this unit again.

The water pressure was great and hot water came quickly. #1 thing is the view is even better than the pictures. Massive wrap around porch, could have spent vacation trapped on it and it would have been a great vacation!Only negative is the underground parking deck - stay out of it! Small, tight, and found out the hardway that not all the low clearances were marked (quote from security guy after our rented jeep's roof was scratch) - that bar is supposed to have a sign on it, but it keeps getting knocked off by people hitting it. Totally not this unit owner's fault, but pretty ****** thing. I'd stay in this unit again in a heartbeat, just not go back in the underground parking.

Perfect place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely perfect. We went with our two daughters (14 and 12) and my mom. My mom and 14 year old slept in the room with the twin beds and my 12 year old slept on the pull out couch in the family room. It was really nice having the extra 1/2 bath for her near the living room. She used our room to shower but otherwise had her own bathroom to use. The location could not have been more perfect. As you can see from the pictures the view was exceptional. Even better in person. The color of the water was so beautiful and we saw turtles swimming in the water every day. It was also very close to some great snorkeling spots. Our favorite was about 2 miles away. It was a nice and quiet spot. It was close to all of the hangouts, within 10 minutes of Kaanapali and Lahaina where you can find plenty of restaurants and shopping.We loved the snorkeling at Kapalua bay and Honolua. They have a great happy hour at the Sea house restaurant at Napili Kai which was about 1.5 miles from us. We rented snorkel gear from The snorkel store which was very close and would definitely use them again. The condo had beach chairs and other beach accessories which was nice to have access to. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. It really was the perfect vacation. We kept saying to each other how beautiful the view was.

Reviewer Comments: We just stayed in the wonderful unit at Royal Kahana and there no description of the view that can fully provide you the experience. 180 degree view of Lanai & Molokai. Sunrise every morning highlights Lanai and sunset splits the islands. The unit is very comfortable and we used it as home base to entertain our two daughters & their families (9 of us) for dinners. The Kahana Bay location is wonderful to explore West Maui. Beaches, hiking and restaurants. Thanks for hosting us Chase N Rainbows your wonderful hosts.

You Will See So Many Whales (in season)!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Come at peak whale season (we came 1st week in Feb) and you will see non-stop whales right from your balcony. Whales spouting, breaching, fin and tail slapping, mothers, babies, even sea turtles...we saw it all from our perfect viewpoint. The unit had everything we needed to cook our meals and sleep two couples comfortably. You could invite the whole building up for a drink and still never run out of glasses. Comfy sofa and chairs, smart TV, great wifi, keyless entry (no check in required), three bathrooms...but who cares about all that when you will spend all of your time out on that amazing balcony?? My only suggestion would be to provide some basic kitchen staples like salt, pepper, oil, etc. It gets expensive having to buy all that stuff just for a one week stay.

Entire complex very well maintained and on-site personnel extremely friendly. Due to our “user error re tv and an outlet” had to call maintenance and issues were resolved in less than an hour.....Chase ‘N Rainbows is excellent, we have rented thru them in the past and we actually seek them out first, when coming to Maui.

Worth every penny!

We stayed in this building before the pandemic and love it! The location is amazing. Close to so many walkable spots! We couldn't get the same unit and picked this one and we were so lucky we did! This unit has been tastefully updated and so well equipped. The view from the balcony alone is worth every penny spent. We traveled with our two boys 14 and 18 and their room is very spacious with two beds and a separate bathroom. This outside pool area has also been updated. It has 5 bbq grills that are immaculately taken care of. We grilled several nights while we watched the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Rainbows and Turtles Everyday!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an amazing place, a little north of Front Street in Lahaina, which offers easy access to everything in a quieter setting. The views from the lanai are of Maloka'i and Lanai and daily doses of rainbows and green sea turtles. Snorkeling on the beachfront of Royal Kahana offers the green sea turtles and amazing and colorful fish. Lost one star due to small things - the kitchen is stocked with basics only, good thing I didn't plan to cook dinners. Also, some of the cabinets in the kitchen didn't close well. The Property Management was very responsive and easy to work with! Enjoy!
