If you're bringing a baby, we’ve got you covered with a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and changing table—all easily accessible on-site. This property is fully equipped for families, ensuring a relaxing stay for guests of all ages. For added peace of mind, a gated pool is available upon request. The pool gate is an amenity with a setup/disassemble cost of $100.

Pool/Spa heat
The pool is 3' deep at each end and 5' in the middle with two heating features:
1. The electric heater/cooler runs throughout the day, aiming to maintain a comfortable 82 degrees. However, during winter months when nighttime temperatures decrease due to cooler ambient conditions it can be harder to maintain temperature. Conversely, in summer months when temperatures rise, the pool will cool itself down to temperature. This is provided as a complimentary amenity.
2. If you would like to heat the spa at a desired 100-104 degrees, a propane heater is offered at an additional cost of $30 per day.
On-site rental vehicle
Skip the car rental counter. Enjoy the luxurious ride of a Cadillac XT6 SUV, featuring a panoramic roof, Apple CarPlay, and wireless phone charging. When temperatures start feeling too hot, turn on the cooling seats for additional comfort.
With safety in mind, the vehicle includes a backup camera and blind spot warning. Comfortably seating 5 with a third row option adding 2 more seats, you'll ride with peace-of-mind knowing up to 7 people will have a safety belt. This is an amenity with an additional cost of $65 per day.

Parking is available in the garage when renting the on-site Cadillac XT6. Otherwise, the driveway is available for up to two vehicles.

Mall Cops
For your safety and to uphold community standards, security cameras are installed at the front, back and side of the property. Additional doorbell and garage cameras are installed for emergency situations only.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system. To ensure guest privacy, the system does not record sounds or conversations - it simply monitors decibel levels to promote a respectful stay and ensure compliance with occupancy limits.
