Guest Access:

Guest will have private access to the entire home including pool, backyard & patio. Garage access is only for laundry room access. Parking or utilizing garage is off limits to guests. Vendors may access backyard or garage to service the home.



Other Things to Note:

Propane for Grill Use:

We’re happy to provide a propane grill for your use! Please note that due to multiple guest turnovers, we’re not always able to check the propane tank between every stay. If you plan to use the grill during your visit, feel free to message us at least a day before check-in so we can ensure a full tank is ready for you. If you arrive and find the tank low or empty, just reach out to us via chat, we’re more than happy to assist!



Pet fee and rules:



- 40-pound limit (2 dog limit for the home)

- All dog poop left in the backyard/front yard must be picked up, please! (We

provide supplies for this!)

- $50 Flat fee for stays of 5 days or less

- $15 per day for stays longer than 5 days.



We currently cannot accommodate your furry pet cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand.



The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional fee. Please let us know ahead of your arrival!

Costs for heating:

Pool + Hot Tub: $60 per day

Hot Tub (Only): $20 per day



Pool Heating Information:

For guests seeking the luxury of a heated pool during their stay, our property offers the option for pool heating. To ensure your comfort, please note the following:



Default Setting: Pool heating will not be activated by default upon your arrival.



Temps: The pool will range between 84-78 degrees - it’s will turn on from 8AM - 4PM.

Hot Tub is adjustable, max temp allowed is 103 for safety and regulation . All instructions are sent the day of check in.



Guest Activation: Guests interested in using the heated pool must submit a request by contacting us before their arrival. Please send us a message with your request, specifying your ETA



ETA Requirements: To guarantee the pool is ready for use upon your arrival, provide us with an accurate ETA and ensure you arrive within 2 hours of the specified time. If travel plans change and you arrive later than the specified time, the heat timer will be reset, and the spa/pool heating may not be immediately available.



Please ensure all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of to maintain cleanliness and prevent issues. The trash and recycling bins are located behind the gate next to the garage. To access them, use the combination lock with the code 7977. After disposing of your trash and recyclables, make sure to securely close and lock the bins. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use
