The unit located in the heart of downtown Kewaunee. Kewaunee downtown features quaint dining options from Diners to Supper Clubs. There are also several bars and a bowling alley all located within short walking distances. Private parking is located at the rear of the building.

This unit is located in a renovated downtown Kewaunee Community Bank. There are 3 units located in this second floor walk-up. Unit 1 is the only unit that has a walk out deck overlooking the Kewaunee Harbor and Lake Michigan.
