Settle into this welcoming 11th-floor Sunbird condo, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeping space for up to six guests. Beach-inspired décor, an open living area, and a private balcony create an inviting place to unwind between beach adventures.

Stretch out on the comfortable sofa, watch TV, or step onto the furnished balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and Gulf views. The sofa converts into an additional sleeping space.

Your front door entry code will be sent a few days before your stay for a smooth arrival. Guests also have access to the resort’s shared amenities, subject to resort rules and availability.

MINIMUM AGE

❖ Per HOA rules, at least one guest must be 25 or older and stay in the condo throughout the reservation



REGISTRATION & PARKING

❖ A registration link will be sent before arrival to arrange parking and resort wristbands

❖ The $35 registration fee includes one parking pass



RESORT WRISTBANDS

❖ Wristbands cost $6 per guest over age 10

❖ Wristbands must be worn at all times while on resort property



NO SMOKING

❖ Smoking is prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony at all times
