River Haven - Elegant Cabin Tucked Away on the Toccoa River

This elegant cabin is tucked away in the mountains on the Toccoa River in beautiful Suches, GA. It is a nature lover's true paradise! Hardwoods speckle the land and the river winds around the property. The cool nights will call you to the outdoor firepit for storytelling. The area is perfect for lawn games and play.

The entrance to the house is from the back porch where there is a picnic table and extra chairs for your use. The five burner gas grill is available for those meals cooked on the barbeque.

Enter the open space which includes the dining area, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including a refrigerator, a stove and oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a standard drip coffee maker, a toaster and a blender for your convenience. The chefs of the group will be pleased with how well the kitchen is stocked! The cabinets are filled with all the dishware and cookware needed and the drawers are stocked full of flatware and cooking utensils. The kitchen counter has room for four guests at the modern wood carved bar stools. The round dining table has room for four as well.

The living room features a leather sofa and loveseat, an intriguing wood slice coffee table and wagon wheel candle style chandelier. Cozy up for movie night from the television on the mantel and a crackling fire from the wood-burning fireplace. The service offered is ROKU TV for endless entertainment with built-in features to stream, watch live TV and more.

Out the front door is the rocking chair front porch and the four-person hot tub, all for relaxation and rejuvenation. From the porch you can see the fire pit and the Toccoa River.

Back inside, take the stairs up to the first loft bedroom featuring a natural pine post queen size bed, a chaise lounge and a desk that looks out over the river. There is a television in the room, too. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Beyond the kitchen down the hallway is the second bedroom with another natural pine post queen size bed and unique antler bed lamps on either side. This room also has a television. The bathroom is just across the hall with a combination tub and shower.

On the far end of the cabin is the family suite and bath. The third bathroom is on the same side of the hall as the second, just beyond the two doors that can be closed to separate the family suite from the main living space. This bath features a stone vessel sink and a walk-in shower with a natural stone pebble floor.

This suite offers a sitting area with comfortable leather chairs and another wood-slice coffee table. There is a gas fireplace and a television on the mantle. The natural wood poster queen bed is tucked into an alcove for even more privacy. Up the ladder is another loft bedroom with two twin beds.

The door in this suite leads to the screened-in area of the front porch just behind the hot tub. Here is more outdoor furniture, including two wood chairs with matching ottomans.

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $50 + tax for each additional.
