The Space:
Located over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 20 mins drive away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), this 6-bedroom vacation home has room for your whole crew. It can host up to 16 guests at a time, so bring the whole fam!

Let's kick things off with the amazing back deck. You get the added privacy of no rear-facing neighbours as you enjoy being nestled in between the garden views. And when you've had enough of soaking up the Florida sunshine in the lounge chairs, plunge into the private swimming pool to cool off! Or maybe you prefer to soak away your troubles in the spill-over jacuzzi hot tub? This house has it all!

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's an absolute masterpiece! You'll find stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and plenty of cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. Enjoy family meals around the 8 person capacity dining table, plus an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island bar, or dine al fresco at the 6 person capacity poolside table. Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to the outdoor patio grill.

The whole house is newly furnished, comes with central air conditioning, and has laundry machines inside the home. It's even pet-friendly, so you can bring Fido along too! The open concept living space, dining areas and kitchen are all located on the first level of the home, as is one of the King bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms, and an additional TV lounge, only this time we've packed it full of games. Classics like air hockey and foosball are sure to please, and the old school arcade games will be fun for the whole family.

Each of the 6 bedrooms has a smart TV, and most of them include ensuite bathrooms.

Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. Families, listen up: we've got your back. Your little ones can let loose at the playground and splash around in the shallow entry resort pool. Meanwhile, your bigger kids (yes, that includes you, grown-ups) can shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our sports courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. Table tennis and foosball? Yeah, we've got that too – it's all at the clubhouse!

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.

You can park in the driveway and the garage. As a note, the garage door is manual. There's also additional parking at the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not park in the street, your car will be towed.

All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.
Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 7.3 miles from Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.

Local golf courses include Famed Falcon’s Fire, Lake Magnolia, Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pine and more!

Getting Around:
The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

1. There is basic cookware available in the house.

2. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.

3. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

5. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
