This stunning eight-bedroom family-friendly vacation home is located at the secure Bella Vida Resort, just a 20-minute drive to Disney. The Space:
On arrival at Bella Vida, an impressive 25-foot waterfall greets you as you drive through the gates, and just beyond that is the Italian-inspired Clubhouse. The clubhouse spans over 6,700 sqft, having a host of features including an onsite concierge service, a large zero-entry heated resort pool & spa, cyber cafe, games room, spacious lounge with televisions, fitness centre, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and children's playground - and our guests get access to all of it!

The 8-bedroom home you'll be staying in can host up to 16 guests at a time. It has a gorgeous lakeview from the screened-in back patio. You'll have the added privacy of no rear facing neighbours too! Enjoy relaxing poolside while soaking up the sun on a lounge chair. Take a plunge into your private pool to cool off. After your swim, have a bit to eat from your BBQ grill and enjoy it poolside at the outdoor dining table.

There's billiards and table tennis when you have had enough sunshine, in the garage-turned-games room. We've converted the attached garage space into a games room, so challenge your crew to game! Or kick back and relax in the living room, it has a smart TV for your entertainment and the whole home is connected to high speed internet service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, and is loaded with not one, but two full sized fridge/freezer combos! There's plenty of counter space for prepping meals, and loads of cupboard room for everyone's snacks. We've even put in two large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!

The ground level of the home hosts 2 large bedrooms. The first has a King sized bed, huge walk-in closet, and sparkling en suite bathroom. The second has a Queen sized bed and an attached bathroom. All the other bedrooms are located upstairs.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

Bella Vida Resort is a gated community of colourful luxury villas, designed for the perfect dream holiday within minutes of all the major attractions Orlando has to offer and located just off the US192 in Kissimmee, 5 miles East of Disney World Orlando and close to the local bus routes.

1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

Additional Service:
2. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

3. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $65/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
