For those who love outdoor gatherings, the sideyard is a true gem. A spacious patio area boasts a top-of-the-line barbecue grill, ready for weekend cookouts and summer soirées. You can savor your meals alfresco while enjoying the picturesque mountain and valley views.
As you step through the front door, you'll immediately be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and a brick fireplace perfect for family movie nights or intimate gatherings. Large windows bathe the room in natural light during the day, creating a cheerful ambiance. The kitchen is a true chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, ample countertop space, and a convenient breakfast bar. In the garage you’ll find an electric vehicle charger, ready and equipped for your EV needs. There is a J1772 Connector. Adaptor is required for Tesla/NACS, or a NEMA plug to use if needed.
Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and inviting, and there is plenty of space for everyone. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, the second offers an additional king bed and a crib for the little ones in the group, and the third bedroom offers a double-over-double bunk bed and a double sofa bed. A double futon and a double sofa bed offer extra sleeping space.
Staying connected is a breeze, thanks to the high-speed WiFi available throughout the house. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home essentials.
