Located on the Streetcar/Bus line and 4 blocks of the French Quarter, walking distance to Bourbon & Frenchmen street and just steps from many great bars, jazz lounges on St Claude & St Bernard Ave.

We chose this location for my husband’s birthday trip, and it was perfect. The home was close to everything. We were able to take an Uber to restaurants, the stadium, and Bourbon Street, and most rides were only about seven minutes.We had an amazing experience. There was also a store around the corner within walking distance, which made it easy to grab snacks when needed. We can’t wait to return and will definitely look into booking this location again.

This was just perfect for 2 or us. Walkable and bikeable to everything we wanted to do. Grocery store near by, c so convenient! We loved the gate and the Courtyard

The host was very helpful. The area, at first seemed “sketchy” but once we got familiar with the area it was just fine. We parked right out on the street and always found a spot to park. The inside “courtyard” was very cute. Nothing to complain about at all really, im very much into cleanliness and this place I had no issues with.

Great room for the price but the pillows are abolutely awful cheap poly fill. Neighbors above banging around at 6am. Other than that an enjoyable stay! Shower is nice and hot so bonus for that.

Getaway

This property is extremely clean. We felt very safe in this area and met some very nice locals. There are a couple of bars nearby that we felt very welcomed in. Ubers are readily available to explore the area. We would definitely stay again.

Right off of Frenchmen Street is a plus

The apartment was very nice! The area was quiet and it was a prime location! Frenchmen street is just a few blocks over and it offers night life that’s a little more chill than Bourbon Street! Overall it’s a great place to stay!

NOLA Getaway

We had a great stay for our first time in NOLA. This cute apartment was very clean and away from all the loudness of the French Quarter! Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family of 3. There was plenty of street parking. The area felt safe. Walking to the heart of the French Quarter took about 20 minutes! I would reecommend and would stay here again.

Great spot

Very clean and comfortable! Walkable to and from the Quarter. Easy communication with host. There was bottled water in the fridge, which was a happy surprise! Definitely recommend, will stay here again

Overall excellent visit. Only issue was with TV reception, all channels pixelated continuously. We are sports fans and tried to watch March madness without success. The location was great! Navigation to activities was very easy. Would recommend to others.

This place worked for our visit to fest in the French Quarter. Walkable. Just note Saturday and Sunday night can be kinda loud as the club around the corner hosts some loud motorcycles.

Nice apartment - close to the French Quarter

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked very well! It’s not in the nicest neighborhood, but there is a gate to enter the complex which makes it feel very secure and safe. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter and it was easy to get taxis or Ubers/lyfts to and from the apartment. The host was very helpful, sent a list of recommendations for things to do in the area and provided clear check-in and check-out procedures. It was a very pleasant stay!

Good Decision

Really cute and enclosed/gated property. Clean and neat. Internet was a bit off duento neighborhood issues. The walk to the French Quarter was a bit further than expected, but not too bad. Do stay aware of your surroundings at all times. Overall a good experience!good experience and locTion

Cozy NOLA stay

Great property, it’s super cute small apartment community on the corner. The grounds are well kept and the apartment is actually very spacious. It was clean and comfortable inside the unit. Most of your kitchen essentials are there if you decide to cook but we didn’t. I wanted the option just in case but it’s not too far from so many great spots. Frenchmen

Adorably cozy stay

We loved our stay in New Orleans. The space was new and so clean. We appreciated the A/C and how well it worked since Halloween weekend was a bit warm. The interior courtyard was perfect for morning coffee or nightcaps. The gate made us feel very safe. The area may appear rough to some, but we encountered no issues. If you are familiar with NO, you know many parts of downtown can be that. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Jose!

Overall very basic. Cable not always working. Need to update with smart tv and buy a new remote. Put together eith a bandaid. Ok to walk to jazz street if fit but if elderly or have physical limits maybe out of your distance. Straight but found 2 huge dead bugs.

Pretty good stay overall

The place was accurately described. Decently kept. A few minor inconveniences, the bathroom and bedroom blinds were each missing one making it possible to see inside, the remote had no back so the batteries were held in with a bandaid, one of the kitchen drawers was missing a knob, the tv was labeled wrong so casting was an issue but we figured it out and it was very cold during our stay but the thermostat was changed remotely several times. Non of these things were a deal breaker just small inconveniences. The property was very cute and stocked with essentials. The location was ideal for our visit to the FQ. We had a great stay overall.
