Frente al mar Familia Playa Alquiler Se aceptan mascotas | Parrilla

Siente el "rocío del océano en tu cara" mientras observas pájaros y delfines desde la enorme terraza de esta casa de 3 unidades llamada Mi Casa. Océano Atlántico al frente y la entrada del río Matanzas al costado. Playa muy privada para perros en una sección de casas frente al mar sin automóviles permitidos en la playa y sin acceso público. (Somos una isla conectada al continente por puentes de la autopista A1A en cada extremo). Cuando la marea baja, los niños se divierten mucho buscando balsas en las mareas. El Monumento Nacional Fort Matanzas se encuentra al otro lado del puente, a poca distancia a pie, con un paseo en bote gratuito hasta el fuerte y un gran sendero natural. A 2 millas al norte puede alquilar botes y kayaks y comprar cebo. 3 millas al sur se encuentra Marineland, donde puedes nadar con delfines o hacer una excursión guiada en kayak. Carril bici por millas en ambas direcciones. Restaurante de mariscos frente al mar al otro lado de la calle donde puede traer a su perro, y una tienda de gas / conveniencia a 1 cuadra de distancia. Parrilla de carbón de ladrillo afuera. Cocina totalmente equipada para pasar un fin de semana o 6 meses.
Arreglos para dormir: abajo, dos camas de tamaño completo se despliegan desde debajo de la terraza elevada de la cocina; arriba está todo el dormitorio principal con una cama king; Por encima de la cama king es un altillo abierto con dos camas individuales.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love being so close to the ocean. There were sea turtles swimming in front of the condo all week. Barry & Pat were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

If you are a beach lover this is the place for you! I had a broken foot so not having to walk far was key! The patio is on the beach so you can stay there or walk 10 steps to be in the sand! Unbelievable variety and abundance of birds if you enjoy that also. Host was very approachable and responsive.

Cant get better than this

This property is located smack dab on the water. At high tide you can literally spit into the water by leaning over the railing surrounding the deck. The difference between high and low tide is striking and fascinating. The views from the deck and inside are spectacular. If you come to enjoy sun and moon rises, youre in the right place. The convenience of this property cant be overstated. No schlepping of beach equipment to the beach. Just grab your chair and take it a few steps to the water line. Need to grab a snack? Walk back into your unit just a few steps. The stretch of beach is pretty cut off from the road, so the beach is almost empty all day, even on weekends. Just an incredible location. The unit itself is very nice, the kitchen is new and the bathrooms are updated and pleasant. Theres a bbq right in the deck and nothing compares to preparing and eating your dinner while overlooking the beach and water. The layout of the unit is unique. Master bedroom is on the second floor, its spacious and offers full view of beach. It leads up to the third floor loft with two singles. Everything was very clean and neat and very comfortable. I give the unit a two thumbs up. If youre looking for a spectacular location, this is it.

Nice Beach

We always love to stay at Matanzas Inlet. It is a beautiful beach with white sand. The condo itself is very nice with plenty of room for family. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable king bed and is very roomy. The spiral stairs can be a challenge for older people but I think it adds character to the place. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Amazing setting in the breakers

The highlight of renting this unit is that the concrete deck protrudes into the waves at high tide. Also, it is adjacent to the inlet where the Matanza river flows into the Atlantic ocean with a striking title plain that runs maybe 200 yards out into the ocean at low tide. if you love the ocean breaking around you, watching Osprey dive into the water in front of you and catch fish, explore the title pools at low tide for all kinds of interesting life - This is your place. The rental itself is very comfortable and rustic. We enjoyed every moment of it. The kitchen and some furniture have been recently refurbished, and it met all our needs. The beds are very comfortable. The place was very clean. We would love to visit here again next year.

Spring break 2024

Everyone loved the location so much that the kids said they would rather stay at beach instead of going to universal Studios on the 31st. We told them we needed to support MCHS band , so we went on Sat.. However, Sat. night my daughter skipped a day at Universal to be with us at your condo. My husband even got to fish more, since we were so close to inlet. Everything was great, and host was very responsive when we asked questions. We will definely be back.

Gorgeous location!

We absolutely loved the area! The beach was clean and expansive, not crowded at all. My kids loved the sandbars which were accessible during low tide, there were a lot of fish, crabs, turtles.and birds around. My kids even caught a few fish! We also had two small dogs that were able to play safely on the fenced in yard and deck. Barry was very responsive to messages, and made sure to answer all our questions. The property was very well-stocked, and conveniently located near parks and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful time and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Fabulous Mi Casa at Magnificent Matanzas Inlet!

What a dream vacation! The condo was very comfortable and cozy. Clean, neat, and relaxing. The kitchen had great new appliances. The washer and dryer were very easy to use and did a great job! The tv and wifi worked very well, also! The upstairs bedroom was very clean and comfortable, as were the two twin beds on the 3rd floor. You couldn’t ask for better accommodations! The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had, which was very impressive! The huge massive deck had great high, sturdy, easy to sit in and easy to get down from chairs to sit and watch the ocean. The ocean views are majestic and mesmerizing at Mi Casa. The ocean rushes into the inlet with an intensity that is riveting to watch! At low tide, everything is peaceful and calm, with tide pools and sloughs that are delightful to wade in and leisurely float or swim in. The shells are abundant on the beach each day and we loved collecting them. A magical place to spend a fabulous vacation! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had the best time. The private beach was perfect for our dogs. There are lots of things to do near by, but we spent most our time at the property. Everything we needed was right there and we hope to visit again.

Saint Augustine vacation 2023

This property was exactly what we needed, a large dog friendly patio… You cannot get any closer to the water & beautiful soft sandy beach. Our only drawback was no privacy for the bedrooms and lots and lots of steps everywhere… but YES I would go again! 😎😃👍 Terri & Bob

We're both retired business owners who breed parrots as a hobby. On our 55 acre farm covered with 100+ year old grandfather oaks we have dogs & cats on rat & predator patrol duty, cows, horses, guineas, peacocks, chickens and many breeding pairs of macaws, cockatoos and african greys. We love the quiet & solitude. When we moved to NE Florida in 1998 we visited St Augustine public beach and were not impressed by the crowds. 2011 was the first time we returned, and discovered Mi Casa. Our place on Summer Haven Island is the closest thing to a private beach you'll find for under $10 million. As soon as we stood on the deck, which really is on the beach, we told the realtor 'we'll take it!' Some of the yearly renters have come back 10 years in a row, and everyone has written wonderful reviews of the location and the upgrades we've made. We're always amazed at the condos that can't offer what Mi Casa has. They're a challenge just to walk the distance out their crowded walkway over sand dunes to the waters edge. Mi Casa has us spoiled. Walking down our 5' wide steps onto the beach is an unfair comparison. The rod holders on the deck railing are your first clue that nobody else is this close to the water! Some say it's like being on a boat!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Waking to the roar of the ocean is a wonderful experience. Coffee on the deck, then 2nd cup on the beach letting the dogs run free (oops, the leash slipped out of my hand). Birds huddled on the sandbar in front. Discover turtle nests in season, and shells and critters caught in the tidal pools or rent a bike and enjoy the miles of paved bike paths north and south. Spot a sea turtle or manatee or dolphins swimming past. Whales pass in front but I haven't spotted one myself. Watch the kite boarders sail 20' into the air. Watch the Ospreys shake in flight like a dog after diving for fish. Last year a Bald Eagle pair regularly fished out front off the rocks. Gaze at the shrimp boats with binoculars (provided) then drive up the road & buy tonights shrimp dinner you watched being caught. View the stars in the near total darkness. Or watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Cross over the bridge & explore Fort Matanzas and its nature trail for free.
