Comfortable, clean & spacious private apt in the basement of Brownstone home. Walking distance to amazing local restaurants, shops, supermarket, and bars. Subway is only a 5 minute walk and gets you anywhere in Manhattan. Also -there’s a new scenic Ferry service to Manhattan only 10 minutes by foot.
Wonderful safe neighborhood with lots to do and see. Great place to relax and unwind. Good for couples, business travelers, families with kids.

Super private and cozy two bedroom apartment with designer touches! Located on one of the only land marked streets of Bay Ridge Brooklyn! Brownstone Brooklyn at its finest!

Please note we do NOT allow parties or events. The place is kept super clean and quiet and serene. We use NoiseAware in the listing to detect noise levels. Absolutely no smoking, weed or parties are allowed. Pet fee of $125 applies.
This house is located on a landmarked street -all homes were built in 1890!! With this we ask that you are very gentle with the house plumbing. Although our plumbing is fully updated, the city plumbing that connects to the house is over 100 years old we ask that you do not throw ANYTHING into the toilet, even toilet paper when not completely necessary. A sewer backup is not fun during your stay!
