Three king bedrooms, one queen, a dining table for the whole group, washer-dryer, AC, 1,000 Mbps fiber Wi-fi, stainless steel appliances, premium espresso machine. Sleeps up to 10; best for 4–8. No cleaning fee. Prices include all fees.



Guests use it for park days, museum trips, weddings, and graduations, then come back to a quiet house instead of a hotel room. Prospect Park Zoo, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum are close. Subway to Manhattan is a short walk. Pack-n-play and high chair available if you ask before arrival.

My husband and adult kiddos with their partners enjoy our stay. Lots of room to spread out but seating for dinner and games. Convenient to subway. Outdoor space looked great but we weren’t able to use it due to rain. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This is the group the layout was built for. Room to disappear for a bit, then enough seats to actually eat together and play a game without someone perched on an armrest. Wonderful place to stay in Brooklyn!! This house was very clean and comfy, the host was very friendly and responsive and it was within walking distance to the subway! We only had 4 people but it easily would have handled double that number! I highly recommend it!!

Honestly, I don't know how to write a review that does this stay justice! Sean went above and beyond! His communication was fantastic from start to finish, and he made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The place itself was immaculate and genuinely beautiful, tucked into such a great neighborhood too.If you're traveling to Brooklyn with a bigger family or little ones in tow, I can't recommend this place enough. I have stayed in many Vrbo‘s with my family. This is my far the most loving and detailed I have ever been in. The host has taken great care for the comfort of his guests. Each room has been carefully designed to provide the guest with everything they need. From toiletries to chargers what you need is there. The backyard is meticulously designed and even includes a plant whose purpose is to protect you from mosquitoes. Many homes provide you with the basics this home goes above and beyond. Sean even includes little pictures designed by his daughter to add a personal touch. I highly recommend Maple House.

We stayed in the Maple House for 3 days during our vacation in New York , and as it was our first stay place alongside our other trips throughout the states , it exceeded all our expectations and was one of the best stay vacation spot . Sean , the host of the house was in touch with us all the time , offering help with anything we needed and furthermore he was really friendly and kind . The house is in the perfect location, close to Prospect Park and 3-4 blocks away from subway station, all necessary stores were close by . The perfect stay place for those who loves comfort , and wants to feel at home whenever they go .

Sean's home is absolutely amazing. It's very family friendly and so welcoming. From the full sized kitchen to the modern bathrooms, it's the perfect place for our family reunion. Sean's hospitality is unmatched! When our travel plans suddenly changed he graciously offered to drive us to our next location. That's over and above the standard amenities. Sean was wonderful to communicate with. Responded to communications quickly. Reserving was easy. Sean was a wonderful host. He was at the property when we came, helped bring in our baggage which was so appreciated since I had mobility issues, and we were 3 seniors. He answered any questions, showed us around, and made sure we were comfortable and settled. Top notch host! The house was lovely and we admired and enjoyed it. It was very clean and stocked with high end furnishings and kitchen was a dream. The location was close to the subway. Thank you Sean for a great stay!

The house was spacious and clean. The kids loved staying in the basement bedroom and hanging out together. Backyard patio was beautiful and great for hanging out. Sean was an amazing host--very responsive and accommodating to our needs! Highly recommend!
