Cozy condo minutes to sandy white beaches and Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Centrally located between the Historic Downtown Pensacola and beautiful beaches.

First floor has updated kitchen, remodeled half bathroom, stackable washer/dryer, combined living room/dining room with new sectional and smart Roku television.
Second floor has two bedrooms and full remodeled bathroom with tub. The large master bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the guest bedroom has a king bed with both bedrooms having a dresser, closet with hangers, full size mirror and television with Roku.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Lovely private outdoor fenced space with covered patio for lounging and relaxing that includes couch, 2 ottoman and picnic table that turns into a bench and charcoal grill.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Amazing large pool on site open all year and clubhouse with 2 large bathrooms, lounging space, sauna and gym.
GENERAL
Free WiFi, keyless entry, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, linens, blankets, bath towels, hair dryer, board games, puzzles, beach towels, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and a few floats for your use.
Walking distance to dining, grocery, Shoreline Park with nature trail, fishing pier, beach area on Santa Rosa Sound, covered picnic tables and boat launch. Community Park across the street from the Shoreline Park with slides/swings, splash pad, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball court and disc golf.
