Seahorse Residence 1 es una de las 2 villas privadas que componen Seahorse Residence. Aunque uno junto al otro, cada villa tiene una total privacidad.
Recientemente renovado, el hotel cuenta con una arquitectura tradicional de las Cícladas, famosa por su singularidad y encanto. Es sólo un corto paseo a la capital de la isla, donde una multitud de tiendas, restaurantes, bares y museos se puede encontrar, y un disco fácil de extraordinarios sitios arqueológicos de Santorini y playas impresionantes.
La isla tiene la forma de una media luna con la propiedad ubicada en su parte media. Seahorse Villa

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The space was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The views of the sunset and Calderas were amazing each day. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our host Chantal took care of every request we had. She was amazing!!! Chantal has a special charm that radiates the place. Feels like home away from home. I would highly recommend this villa. Awesome Property and Amenities

This property was awesome in every respect - location, cleanliness, views, pool, history, food, you name it! Beds were super comfortable and temps in each room were easily controlled. Our family stayed several days and did not want to leave. The evening breeze was welcomed. Chantal and Constantine saw to our every need. Athena and Xenefon (sp?) cooked a wonderful and different breakfast every day and the special dinner was outstanding. All the locals we met on the island were super friendly. If visiting Greece, this island (an extinct volcano rim) is a must see for its one-of-a-kind uniqueness.

Perfect in every way!

We are a family of eight ..parents of three adult children and their spouses. The sea horse villa was absolutely perfection when it came to staying in Firastefani Santorini. The property is absolutely beautiful with its magnificent views and its lovely privacy from any crowds. It is located such that you can walk easily in just a few minutes to restaurants and shopping and the center of Fira, yet when home you are quietly tucked away from any hustle and bustle. Our host Chantal was extremely helpful ahead of our visit with any questions I had about what activities to do or how best to get around. She even secured a driver for me ahead of our arrival so we could do some touring around the island. Tania was available always during the visit with any further questions I had or to help in any way needed. The chefs Xenofon and Athena prepared a delicious breakfast every morning that was above and beyond what I expected. We chose to also hire them for a family dinner one evening that was one of the best meals we had in all of Greece. Overall our time in this villa was surly a highlight of our entire trip to Greece. I highly recommend your stay here.

Amazing Property & Staff

We had a wonderful 11-day stay in this beautiful property during mid-November. Chantal and her staff were amazing and ensured that we had everything we needed. You can't ask for a better place to view the famous Santorini sunsets! The design of this villa allows both privacy and places to gather as a group. The large gathering places are mostly outside, so consider this when deciding if this is appropriate for your group. One other consideration: there are a lot of steps that must be negotiated to get between levels and out of the villa. If you have someone in your group who has difficulty with steps, you will need to ensure you have someone present at all times to help with these. We loved the location of this villa. It was just a short walk into Fira, with beautiful views along the way.

Excellent views in the best location

The property is located in the best location on the caldera. Beautiful views. The pics may not do it justice. Included breakfast was fresh and convenient. We opted for the chef cooked dinner option one night and it was amazing. The rooms are on different levels. Chantal is a super host and can help you with all of your requests. The views were spectacular. The location below the main road also gives you move privacy . Loved it!

The pictures don’t do it justice

This property did not disappoint. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The views are just incredible and the location is wonderful (just a short 10 minute walk to Fira). I loved how all the rooms are separated from each other so everyone felt like they had their own space but there is plenty of outdoor areas for everyone to be together. Chantal is great and so helpful and we loved our daily breakfasts.

A Private Paradise

This property is a gem amongst a treasure of staff and management - pierced by Poseidon's trident, a true Atlantis! Our family had needed a private space to recover from a loss and we were received with warmth, attention and the utmost professionalism. The property is traditional and gorgeous - a killer (private) view - 4 bedrooms all with baths, kitchen, pool, multiple terraces with nooks for all - with tended vibrant gardens and an immaculate property - Kosta & Tonia seamlessly attending to the grounds while we slept. Our group had 10 adults (6 young adults). Though the property is most comfortable for 8 adults and 2 children, Chantel graciously and generously extended the space for all to be comfortable! We were received every morning by Xenophon and Athena who heartfully prepared delicious full breakfasts and the best dinner and Greek food we had all summer, and I'm Greek! (as a separate fee most well worth it!) The villa is situated perfectly between Thira (a short 10 minute walk south) and Imerovigli 15 minutes north, all along a sea view path. All we can say is 'Efharisto' for this warm Filoxenia and Filotimia! We will definitely be returning to this paradise!

A special villa with amazing views

Our family of 5 stayed in the the 4-bedroom villa with outdoor kitchen and private pool for 6 nights the last week of June. What a great choice we made! First off, the views are even more amazing than the pictures show. It's jaw dropping stunning that you cannot believe until you see it. The villa itself is wonderful with beautiful outside gathering areas for relaxing by the pool, having meals, enjoying coffee or wine, and just hanging around. The rooms are all very nice, especially the two suites at the bottom section of the villa. It was great having AC in the rooms as a reprieve from the heat in the afternoon, but we often would just take a dip in the pool after a walk around town as a way to cool off. Chantal was an excellent host who was helpful with questions and close by in a completely separate villa of her own in case we needed something. We really appreciated the prearranged private transfers from the ferry port on arrival and to the airport when we departed. The cooking staff was very friendly and quite good. We all enjoyed the elegantly prepared breakfast each morning. We had them cook dinner for us one night for an additional fee. It was one of our favorite meals of the trip. The menu was local Santorini cuisine, and the lamb was the best we had in Greece. The table setting and service was top notch, and the view was just as good or better than most of the restaurants in the area. The cleaning staff made sure our rooms and the grounds were all neat and tidy every day. The location was perfect for us. There are shops to pick up snacks and drinks about 3 minutes away. We did not cook at all, but you could if you wanted. Breakfast (included) was a big meal, then in the mid afternoon we usually had snacks that we had purchased nearby. Then for dinner, we enjoyed going out. The restaurant choices are abundant and spectacular, and many are only 3 minutes away. The main town of Fira is about a 10-15 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Santorini. On a separate note, we rented a car for 3 of the days we were there to allow us to get around and explore the island (e.g. Kamari, Oia, Akrotiri, Red Beach). There is a good free parking lot nearby at 25is Martiou. There are other parking options too, but this one was only 5 minutes away and had plenty of spots.

The view of the caldera is breathtaking particularly at sunset. There can be no better situation on Santorini. There are cafes a few steps away; it is an easy walk to FIra with more eating , strolling, shopping and sightseeing opportunities. The airport transport was timely and drivers polite. This is included in the rental fee as is breakfast which is very nice, at a time of your choice .We did have dinner the day we arrived and it was really superb, probably the best we had on our Greek vacation. Two caveats: there are several outdoor concrete flights of steps which are not avoidable and somewhat steep. This is not a handicap accessible unit. For the same reason It is not suitable for small children in my opinion. Secondly there is not a large living area for indoor family gathering. This won't matter in nice weather as plenty of outdoor space but I think renters should be aware. All in all for our party it was an excellent stay.

Excellent care for our comfort during family vacation!

We cannot day enough about Seahorse and their staff. From Chantal to Xenofon, Athena and the rest of the staff. They accommodated our every need, even bring toys down for the 15-mon old granddaughter. The rooms very clean and well-appointed, and met all of our needs. It was peaceful just to sit on one of the levels to watch the sunset or the boats pass by. It was also close enough to walk to the shops in Fira. And Chantal arranged for our transportation for a day in Oia. One of our best evenings was the barbecue dinner prepared by their chef. We laughed all night and Athena’s Santorini tomato balls were delicious. We hope to return!

A wonderful family vacation

My family and I stayed for a week at Chantal's property...it was located in a perfect location and had truly breathtaking views. Chantal and her staff couldn't be more accommodating, whether booking catamaran trips or recommending dinner options. Chefs Xenofon and Athena served beautiful breakfasts daily. We can't wait to be able to come back and stay with Chantal again!

Amazing

This place is fantastic. Views, location, staff all A+. They even provide laundry service!! No hesitation in recommending this place to anyone. You will not be sorry. There are several sections to the property which allow for privacy when needed. Make sure you rent the right group of rooms if you want the pool. Property manager is very helpful and communicative. Great stay from beginning to end. Only regret was that it wasn't longer.

Amazing experience

The experience was absolutely perfect. The rooms and layout of the villa was great four our group. The pool deck views were breathtaking & the set up so comfortable. Chantal and her villa team were so helpful- From accommodating our early arrival with a seamless airport pickup and breakfast, to setting up all the plans we wanted to do last minute & advising when we went out on our own. The chefs took the experience to the next level - with their food and charming personalities. We would recommend anyone we know to stay and hope to go back ourselves.

The view and the villa was amazing!

This property in Firastefani was absolutely amazing! The rooms were beautiful and also very comfortable. The outdoor areas were stunning and the view was spectacular! Chantal and her wonderful staff were so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were there with our family of 5 including 3 teenagers and another family of 4 with two teenagers. All of us had an unforgettable time. The villa is right on the cliff with the most incredible views and is very private but only 10 minute walk along the walking path which is on the edge of the cliff, into the main town of Fira. The chefs, Xenaphon and Athena were fabulous. Breakfast was great as they cooked something different every morning. We also had dinner there three nights as we knew we would always get a delicious meal. We had never been to Santorini before and staying here made It so much more memorable especially because of this beautiful villa. Thank you Chantal and Sophie (Chantal's daughter). Fabulous!

This villa is an amazing experience for all the senses! The rooms are lovely and Chantal's team goes above and beyond to make their guests feel spoiled. The chefs provided us with such an amazingly fabulous meal the first night that we had them prepare a dinner for us the night before we left. Additionally, Zenofon was willing and able to take us to places that we wanted to visit. The location of the villa is perfect! Guests can stay at the villa and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or take a walk to town. Highly recommend this villa!

Better than advertised

The villa was fantastic; the rooms were all great; even the pictures don't do the view justice; and the location within Santorini was perfect (there's enough going on just steps from the villa, but at the same time you have privacy in that people can't see down to the outdoor space, you never hear any noise, etc. - i honestly thought it was better situated on the island than Oia). And Chantal was superb - she helped with transport, restaurant reservations, directions, groceries... everything! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends / family. We were a group of 8 adults and didn't feel remotely cramped. I wouldn't bring young kids there given the large number of steep stairs, it's impossible to child-proof, and you're basically living on the side of a fairly steep mountain... so glad we left the kids at home!

Best Vacation!!!!

I have just been to Chantal's property and could not rave more about the experience. I had 5 girls in this home and could not be more impressed. Great airport transfer is set up for you from the get go... Thomas was great giving us an overview of the island on the way to meet Chantal. From Firostefani, you are greeted not only by sweet, informative Chantal, but also by our porter. You don't carry a bag down to the house which is great. Your first impression is of course Magical. The setting is amazing! This is what you are expecting of any place on this side of the island but what you are amazed by is the location and level of service. Service: Number 1 - at this location expect great food! Of the 10 days in Athens and Santorini the best food we had was at the house. Athena and Xeno prepared our best meals. We were silly and only employed them for our first and last dinners on the island. Of course we enjoyed every breakfast here (included in the price) but I wish we had planned on multiple dinners at the home (a small additional fee- but less than you would expect). Also these two do a cooking class. I did not know about this as we booked dinners before we knew about the cooking class. After we had been there, we definitely felt that we had missed out by not booking them for a cooking class. Xeno and Athena made our trip - as amazing as the house was.... these two made it even better. Xeno and Athena are an amazing couple that also double as great chefs and take care of you're every whim while making it look as if they are not thinking about it at all. Firostefani is a ten minute walk to Fira and a central place to the whole island. This is where you want to be! I would recommend this as a place to any stranger but more importantly, to any friend I have. I could not have been happier at this home for 1-30 days. It is a paradise location and the level of service is on par with the view- which is INCREDIBLE! My other question on the way here was where to stay. Fira? Firsatefani? or Oia? I found Firastefani to be perfect. You could be out of the Fira cruise ship traffic. We could still make it it in early in the morning or late at night - about a ten minute walk from the house, but lots of steps from firostefani. But if you see four cruise ships in... you know to try out another city or stay at home away from the mess. As far as Oia... it is a little bit up scale as being out of the way... so on the flip side, would always choose Seahorse!

Best place & Service in Santorini

This villa is GORGEOUS and you feel like you are secluded from all of the cruise ship tourism of Santorini, but yet a short walk away if you want to venture out. Christina and Themis were the most amazing hosts and managers, going above and beyond for us. We had our wedding here and rented the villa for all our guests for about a week. The breakfasts, meals on the veranda, pool and coordination of onsite catering, and vendors was above and beyond the call of duty. Not only that but Themis and Christina are an absolute joy and became part of our party! We all want to go back for reunions to roast more chickens on the spit, cooking classes and poolside wine. My only feedback for improvement is that the lower bedrooms closer to the water had some mosquitos and all the beds are really firm and not comfortable, although the epic views make you quickly forget about your stiff back. Many thanks to Seahorse Villa and especially Themis and Christina for making our wedding an amazing experience! -Shari & Dusty

By far our favorite family vacation - ever!!!

Seahorse Villa is located in the most convenient spot on the island of Santorini. Ten minutes to Thira and ten minutes to Imeriovigli. The view is exquisite!!! The beds are a bit firm, but that is the only downside to our visit. Everything else was perfect. Christina, the villa manager, will be a lifetime friend to my family. Anna and Tonia kept the villa, including the pool, spotless and very comfortable. After a day of sightseeing, coming "home" to the villa was the best part of the day. There were 9 of us, and we all had plenty of space to relax and find some quiet time. Everyone in our family agreed that this was the best vacation ever - a once in a lifetime.

Perfection

The property was magnificent. It was perfectly located in Firostefani, easy to walk to the adjacent towns. The accommodations were stunning. The views of the Caldera were the best on the island. The service from Themis and Cristina the property managers was beyond expectations. The description of the property was accurate. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives and I hope to return soon.

Best villa on the island

By far the best place I ever went : - unbelievable view - the beauty of the villa (combination of island traditional architecture and modern amenities) - absolute privacy - large rooms and balconies - great bath amenities (L:Occitane) - friendly and super efficient manager and concierge service - impeccably clean Will certainly recommend it to anybody who wants to go to Santorini. They could not find better.
