Tenuta Dei Vicini is situated in the small commune of Moasca amidst idyllic and picturesque surroundings. The building carries a lot of history dating back all the way to 1876, and has been completely renovated and transformed, now offering 3 luxury guest apartments.
It is perfect for travellers who wish to experience the authentic Italian way of life. The breathtaking beauty of the landscape invites you to take walks, bike rides, visit sleepy towns, try white truffles in Alba, go shopping in Torino and explore the amazing food and wines this region has to offer .
After an eventful day, you can relax at the house and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Whether from the pool, the pergola covered terrace with BBQ or the seating area in front of your apartment, the house offers stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and invites you to cozy evenings with a glass of Arneis or Barolo wine.
Our apartment Barbera (75 sqm) has a cozy living room with ample seating space for 4 adults. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 comfortable bedrooms.

We are 2 families that used to be neighbours in Switzerland. In 2021, over a good glass of Piemontese wine, we decided to start a new adventure together: buying and renovating a traditional Piemontese estate. With a lot of passion & dedication over the past year we have since created ‘Tenuta dei Vicini’, which means as much as: the neighbours’ house, where we have happily settled meanwhile and are enjoying our new Italian lives.
It is exactly this life and this vibe that we wanted to share with others as well, which is why we also created 3 fully renovated and modern guest apartments. So, come be our neighbour for a while and rent one of the accommodations we have made for you!
