Uso exclusivo de una villa privada ubicada en 5 acres de bosques y jardines irrigados a solo 5 minutos del centro de Canelli. Orientación sur. Obtiene el sol todo el día. Vistas espectaculares, especialmente puestas de sol. Completamente renovado en 2019 para uso personal, inc. Aire acondicionado y wifi de banda ancha, 2 televisores inteligentes con Netflix, Amazon y Apple TV. Muy cómoda cocina grande y comedor interior.

El área exterior incluye una piscina de 12x5m y una cocina y bar exteriores con todas las especificaciones (incluyendo máquina de hielo, refrigerador, lavaplatos, cocina y gran parrilla de gas) y un área de comedor a la sombra con capacidad para 18 personas. Aquí es donde se pasa la mayor parte del tiempo en el verano. La casa es ideal para grandes reuniones familiares y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 10 personas en el edificio principal. Se incluye una letrina separada con su propia entrada y baño y cocina que puede alojar a 4 personas adicionales. Estacionamiento sombreado para 3 autos.

La propiedad también tiene una pista privada de bicicleta de montaña cuesta abajo que es c. ¡1 km de largo por el bosque detrás de la casa con un salto muy grande a mitad de camino! Se pueden alquilar bicicletas eléctricas de montaña si se solicita.

We came back - for good reasons We had a lovely time with family and friends at this great place! The house is in great condition, offers everything you hope for and more… the outdoor kitchen offers lovely cooking experience, the pool is awesome and is a peaceful place for relaxing. There is plenty of space to play ball games and let the kids run around. We enjoyed further exploring the area by E-bike. There are many beautiful smalls villages and vineyards to visit. Make sure you visit one of the old cellars!

Great villa with pool

We were staying for one week with the family in this sensational villa. Grandparents, parents and the kids all really enjoyed the vacation with the pool, the party area with cocktail bar at the pool and the outside dining location with the outside kitchen and a huge gas grill. During the last decades, we rented lots of houses, but this villa is exceptional and for sure we will book again. Thank you very much.

True Italian experience in luxurious house

Our family of 10 (aged 3-75) just finished a truly amazing holiday in this very luxuriously equipped house in Canelli, Piedmont. The house is carefully renovated which provides the perfect mix of the authentic Italian experience with high quality facilities. Plenty of room indoors and very beautiful surroundings, amazing view and great facilities outdoors. Even better than the pictures. 30-40 minutes drive from Barolo, Barbaresco, Alba and a lot of other places worth visiting.

Beautiful villa in stunning landscape

Family holidays to celebrate my birthday. The Villa had everything to make the celebration a success! The gardens with pool and bar area and barbecue- and eating area provided space for everyone. A place to read and relax and a place to play! The view from the villa is amazing. Canelli is a nice village for gelato and shopping and from the villa you have access to beautiful landscapes, picturesque villages and vineyards with bike or car. Overall a nice stay for everyone.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

the owner are very friendly and helpful. If there are any problems, they take care of it immediately. The property is quiet and has a wonderful view of the vineyards. The house is perfectly furnished, nothing is missing (spices, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. everything is plentiful). Many thanks to Susie and Scott!

Excellent place to have a holiday with family

We had very good time in Scott's and Susie's well-equipped place. It is great place to spend time with family and/or friends. Especially the pool and the outside kitchen were very comfortable and also the most used areas in the day and evening time. I also appreciate a lot the support what we got from the host before and during our holiday. It is also worthful to read the infopack delivered by the host. It contains many useful tips from the near area of Canelly. I strongly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful place

An absolutely stunning place, located so beautiful and secluded, but still with only 5 minutes to Canelli town. The house lived up to our expectations, there was everything you could wish for in terms of luxury. Lovely pool area with large bar, dishwasher, ice maker, freezer, fridge etc nice outdoor kitchen/outdoor area with grill, dishwasher, ice maker, fridge etc. Well-equipped indoor kitchen with dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer etc. The rooms are large and beautiful, most of them with air conditioning. Nicely equipped fitness room. All in all, a perfect place for a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful stay !

We just had a fantastic week with the family in Canelli thanks to the amazing place where we stayed. We have rented many houses before with the family so we know what to expect but this house was beyond our expectations. Everything is in place to make it comfortable and to feel you at home from the moment you arrive and the facilities around the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen are just fenomenal with a top notch AV system on top. Scott was pro-actively informing us and checking if there was anything he could do to make our stay sressless. Thank you Susie and Scott and we hope to be back sooner or later.

Stunning Home in Ideal Location

Scott and Susie were fantastic hosts-always prompt to respond, full of helpful information, and very organised in handling and managing all of their guests. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and everyday we awoke to a stunning view overlooking the beautiful vineyards of the Langhe. The house was very well equipped, and we found everything we needed in their kitchen to cook several home cooked meals. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature, and despite the cold air, everyone went for a dip-it was too inviting not to. I would highly recommend this stay for groups of friends or multiple families. We plan to return in warmer weather to better enjoy all the amazing outdoor space. Incredible experience. Absolutely perfect. Thanks for everything!

Problem is - you will not want to leave…

Susie and Scott are great hosts who obviously built this as their second home, which is perfectly equipped and furnished. It is an amazing estate - we could not think of anything missing. We spent two lovely weeks with all of the family. There is plenty of room, a fantastic pool / lounge area, the outdoor kitchen promises lovely dinners. If you are considering bringing your bicycle- take the electric one. The estate is up the hill - with splendid views on the surrounding hills and vineyards. Canelli is a lovely Italian town with nice restaurants and great wine shops - do not miss visiting Contratto or one of the other wine cellars. Susie and Scott have plenty of great recommendations. Asti, Turin, Alessandria - everything is easy to reach and definitely worth a visit. Thanks Susie and Scott - you made this a wonderful family retreat. We would love to come back soon!

Unforgettable vacation in Piedmont

We had a truly amazing vacation at the rented vacation home in Piedmont. The house was not only beautiful but also spacious, with wonderful grounds that added to the overall charm. The atmosphere in the rooms was cozy and inviting, and cleanliness was impeccable throughout. The house was incredibly well-equipped, providing us with an abundance of kitchen utensils and everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the outdoor kitchen, which quickly became our favorite spot to cook and enjoy meals. It added a special touch to our dining experience. The pool and pool bar were absolutely stunning, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent many delightful hours there, soaking up the sun and enjoying refreshing drinks. It was truly a highlight of our stay. The landlord deserves special praise for their hospitality. They warmly welcomed us and provided us with information about the area, suggesting activities and attractions for us to explore. When we encountered a problem with our car, the landlord promptly organized help, and we were pleasantly surprised when the mechanic not only fixed the issue but also offered us a guided tour of the city. This personal touch made our stay even more memorable. Overall, our experience at this vacation home was beyond our expectations. We were left wanting for nothing and wished we could have extended our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone seeking a wonderful and memorable vacation in Piedmont.

Perfect!

Fantastich huis met liefde ingericht. Aan alles is gedacht. Perfect verblijf gehad. De villa ligt op een heuvel en kijkt uit op de vallei en ligt in de zon tot deze ondergaat. Op 5 minuten van Canelli. Enige minpuntjes die ik kan verzinnen is dat twee kamers van de vijf geen airco hebben en dat er veel muggen zijn in de tuin. Overal zijn horren geplaatst dus in huis komen ze veel minder voor.

Huset er helt fantastisk og svarer til info. Vi var i særdeleshed super tilfredse med køkkenet/udekøkkenet og baren. Der er alt hvad der skal bruges af køleskabe, frysere, køkkenmaskiner og tilbehør. Svimmingpoolen havde en rigtig god størrelse til en storfamilie og inkluderet forskellige badedyr til børnene. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet til en familieferie. Værelserne var i en god størrelse med tilhørende toilet/bad.

Wunderschön modernisiertes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich mit Pool

Scotts Haus ist wirklich traumhaft. Das alte Haus ist hochwertig und stilsicher renoviert. Alle Bereiche waren sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Beeindruckend ist der riesige Außenbereich mit Küche, Essbereich und Pool. Musik lässt sich über eine App auf der ganzen Anlage abspielen. Besonders nett war die Kommunikation mit Scott, der individuell auf uns angepasst alle Zimmer vorbereiten ließ und uns mit vielen Informationen versorgte. Fragen oder Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Sehr zu empfehlen!

zeker aan te raden

zeer mooi gelegen huis, veel ruimte meer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. alles is ook voldoende aanwezig voor een grote familie. het huis is mooi ingericht, functioneel en toch zeer aangenaam met alle comfort. mooi groot zwembad met leuke bar en zithoek in de schaduw wat wij nu wel konden gebruiken met het wel zeer warme weer. het aparte huisje is ook een pluspunt. verder een zeer aangename ontvangst en snelle respons bij vragen of problemen. de infomap was ook handig voor restaurants en dergelijke. de rust en volledige privacy zijn zeker een grote meerwaarde ! aanrader !

Traumhaftes Anwesen mit Top-Ausstattung

Wir haben mit drei Familien eine entspannte Woche in Canelli verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und des Outdoor-Bereichs lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Scott bei kleineren Problemen war exzellent. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Perfect vacationspot!!

Rent this house! We are so happy that we found this house. It has a amazing view up in the hill and the house is very nice with all that you can want and more. We liked the outdoor spaces by the pool/bar to relax. And the outside kitchen where we enjoyed good food, red wine and the view every evening 💫 Thank you Scott and Susie for being such nice hosts. For the infopack before we arrived and for helping us find a crib for the baby. It really was the most perfect vacation. And we hope we come back again someday! Best regards, Camilla

Det skønneste sted , børnene beskrev det som den bedste ferie de nogensinde havde været på

Fantastisk pænt, rent og ordenligt alle steder, teknisk i topklasse med højtalere overalt, beliggenheden er det bedste vi nogensinde har oplevet, med enestående udsigt til vinmarker og små byer. Der er bare rigtig god plads til alle ,med dejlige soverum og fællesområder , der er bare den skønneste pool og græsområder til fodbold , volleyball, basketball og leg . Vi havde også en virkelig god kommunikation med de rigtig søde ejere Scott og Susie. Alt i alt den perfekte ferie. Med venlig hilsen Elin og Søren

Merveilleux endroit et villa

Superbe endroit. Seul bémol, les travaux sur la route dès 7h30 !!!! Le propriétaire n'était pas au courant. Attention au contenu annoncé, ce n'est pas totalement exact. Sinon à refaire sans aucun doute.

Thanks for your review Xavier. I’m glad you enjoyed your time in our house. You are right regarding the road works. I’m sorry to was a disturbance and completely understand. Had we known it was going to happen we would have forewarned you and of course accepted a late cancellation should you have wanted that but unfortunately we had no forewarning from the province. The first I knew of it was when you messaged me. I immediately called the local council to get some information, but even they didn’t know anything about it! Regarding your comment that some aspects of the house description was inaccurate could you please let me know where? We aim to be as accurate as possible so it would be very helpful to know what you are referring to. Many thanks. Scott

A place to stay

Very nice place to stay for your holiday. With 8 people and a 1 year old (of course keep an eye on that one) we had a great time. Neat house, really everything was available, with enough space for us all. A lot of space outside makes it a place to stay. So just a visit to a winery and the restaurants was enough. Even though we had some cloudy days, we still could wear shorts and flip-flops and have a swim. Thanks to Scott and Susie (the owners) for pleasant and quick communication by questions. So we had a good time here!
