The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Large fenced in backyard for outdoor entertainment, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill available!

At 1,666 square feet, this property is larger than the majority of the 3 bed, 2 bath homes listed in the Beaufort area. We visit this property when not booked and we love our quiet Mossy Oaks neighborhood!

1 Hunting Island State Park pass included.

3 miles to Bay Street downtown, 7 Miles to MCAS, 7 miles to Parris Island, 3 Miles to sands beach, 19 miles to Hunting Island State Park (1 vehicle pass included)!

*Any guests looking to stay 30 days or more, please send message before booking. This is not counted as a Short-term stay and local STR occupancy taxes can be avoided :) Potentially less fees for the both of us!
*Max Occupancy: 10 ($100 per night per guest if exceeds 10 without prior approval)
*Pets: Dogs Only/No Cats - $100 per pet fee (max 2) must be added to reservation. $250 fee for undisclosed pets

We came down for a Marine Graduation at Parris Island. It was such a nice location for getting to and from base. And it was perfect to spread out and relax with our new Marine and his family.

Stayed for 3 nights for our Marine’s graduation. The place was a perfect distance from the base. Jack, the owner, was a very good host- answered all questions we had, was willing to work things out if we have concerns. The house has everything you need to relax and cook for your family. I’ve never had a rental that has complete kitchen ingredients like this one. The house was very comfy, homey, very clean and organized. Jack even gave us late check in due to his cleaning people arriving later in the afternoon which we really appreciated since our new Marine slept longer. All in all, I would stay in this place again if we are in the area and will definitely recommend it to other Marine families. Thank you for a great stay!

We came for marine graduation

Hands down this is the first home we have rented that felt like home away from home. The Lister, was very responsive and it was just a great time. Thank you if we ever come back we will be back to this house.

It was inviting & a wonderful place for our family to spend time together. We had 1 minor issue, that i wouldn't really consider an issue because it was brought to our attention & taken care of so quickly it didnt cause us any disruption. I would definitely recommend this property for the management as well as the accommodations.

The bedrooms were all clean and neat. Everyone had a comfortable nights sleep. The host was very good at answering any questions i had. The fenced in back yard was huge, and my large dog enjoyed it very much. There is a small fire pit where we made smores. And the yard backs up to a small pond that is so nice to look at in the early mornings. The kitchen was well equipped with so many spices and cooking implements. The fridge is large and clean. We were there for my sons marne corps graduation, and it was inly a 10 minute drive there.

Great Beaufort Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and well equipped. It's location was perfect for folks with pets. Not only is the backyard fenced. but there is a dog park andctrail a half mile away. The location was also close to many if our prefeedrestaurants and tourist stops.

Beautiful

The house was lovely. It was a great fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. It’s in a great location that is minutes from most places you want to go. Our hosts were kind and communicative and the house was well stocked. We will come again!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of the Beaufort Air show. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in process was easy. We didn’t cook while there since it was a short stay, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The fenced in yard with a pond behind it, fire pit, and toys for the kids to play with were added touches. Would stay here again!

The house was clean, nice and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. My family and l had some good quality time. The kids liked it so much they even ask us to make an offer on the house if the owner is selling it. If somebody is looking for quiet and peaceful neighborhood l would definitely recommend this area. The owner was easy to reach. She is very, very nice.Trina thanks again for your hospitality.

Mossy Oaks is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood with beautiful Oak trees draped in Spanish Moss.

Single story living with a large front and backyard that backs up to a pond. The pond sounds at night is one of my favorite things about the property.
