The house was very nice! A few things that need to be fixed. The master shower needs a new knob. Shower still worked fine. One of the dryers was not working but there were 2 so it was fine. One of the ovens was also not working but only needed one! Other than these minor hiccups everything was great!! The house was more than large enough for our 13 people. Game room and pool were a hit!! Would definitely come back!

Backup appliances saving the day, that's the big house advantage! Glad the game room and pool won over all 13, and we've sent the shower knob, dryer, and oven fixes to our maintenance team so everything runs at full strength. We'll be ready for your return!

House is large with plenty of space for 20 people. Really nice layout and the pool is great. Only negative was several things need some maintaining

Great spring break stay

Amazing house, lots of room and fun for everyone! Limited parking (3 cars) so plan accordingly.

The house was similar to the one two houses down which we rented last year. For the price, we expected at least similar or more. The elevator was unavailable to use. No golfcart unavailable, and no bicycles and so many maintenance issues. There were like three bath towels available for use upon arrival and stuff beach towels. Main grill wasn't unavailable. Backup grills weren't filthy.AvantStay the host was very great with communications. However several items could not be repaired. The house needs some TLC.We still had a great time and pool and location were outstanding!We probably won't visit this property again unless they address issues.

Monarch

The house is very spacious and property management is friendly. We enjoyed having beach access at walking distance. However, a lot of things do not work throughout the house such as bathroom vent fans, door locks, clogged showers, pool lights, kitchen vent hood, some tvs. The pool water is very dirty and foggy. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay, but will likely not book this specific house again.

Outdoor kitchen and pool area

The outdoor space at this house was perfect for the 8 kids and 10 adults. The pool was much larger than expected and the outdoor kitchen made daily dinner prep a fun event. Very well stocked house. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was hands down the best stocked with every day items like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, TP, etc. The owner has a communication team that was always checking in via text to make sure everything was good. We had a great time and made many great memories this week.

Our family had a wonderful experience in The Monarch Home. Four individual families met here for our special event. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, then enjoyed the shared family and kitchen area. The booking agency followed through with every single question I had in advance of booking, then again after booking. They made sure that things were in working condition. I sure appreciated that part. The pool was crystal clear, the house was well stocked, and the ice machine made our daily trips to the beach much easier for our coolers, etc. There were plenty of pool towels, as well as bathroom towels. The garage is packed with beach and pool supplies. On site laundry is also a huge plus with so many people! We were so close to grocery stores, restaurants and loved the go- cart track that was also close by. The airport is within 30 minutes for those flying in to stay. We will stay here again in the coming years!

Best House

This was by far the best house we’ve ever rented. The pictures captured the house beautifully. Our family of 15 could all be together or find our own space for a minute if needed. The pool and spa were perfect. I would rent this house again but know a few things going in. The house was clean however socks and feet were blackish on day one so it didn’t give great confidence on the floor. The kitchen had limited quality cooking supplies. Very scratched non stick frying pans, partially melted plastic utensils, 1 cutting board, etc. when cooking for a crowd it was a bit of a challenge. The pool table had four cue sticks but only one with a tip and no chalk. Chalk was requested and never delivered. The foozeball table had a whiffle ball. The beach is truly a block away but there is extremely limited public space. We had to set up by 6:30 - 7am to get a prime spot and if you weren’t there by 10 you likely couldn’t get a spot. The house was located in a great area and has a wonderful design. Other than the chalk for the pool table, we did have wonderful customer service when communicating with the management company.
