Our host was welcoming and communicated well. The house was fantastic and perfect for our family of seven (kids, parents, and grandparents) and dog. It’s a great location and just about in the middle of all things Chattanooga.

Michael was so nice and allowed us to enter the home an hour earlier than the check in time. Our family of four adults and two grandbabies had plenty of room. The home was stocked well and we had everything we needed.

Over all our visit was very good!! Unfortunately the ice maker wasnt working while we were there and the foos ball table could not be used! The rooms were all very nice the showers we great! They supplied all the detergent, soap, shampoo, body wash. They shower supples were absolutely amazing and left your skin so soft!! Overall id rate it an 8/10 and would rent it again. Was definitely pet friendly! Also had a wonderful view in the back yard!

Mini family reunion

3 generations stayed there while visiting family in Chattanooga. The fenced yard and porch were great for the young kids. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown with a Walgreens close for quick pickup items. Very clean!

Great visit

The property was lovely. It was about 10-15 minutes from downtown. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The host was very responsive when the internet went out and helped us get it back up and running.

Really nice property and the host was easy to get a hold of. Downtown is a short drive and it’s easy to get to lookout mountain and ruby falls.

Home away from home

This vacation home is definitely a 10 out of 10. It accommodates my family and I. It’s organized, spacious, clean and peaceful. Anytime my family and I are traveling to Chattanooga and the home is available we will rent from Michael, he is an AMAZING host and his customer service is AMAZING.

Beautiful, clean and well stocked.

My family stayed here for 3 nights. We had a wonderful experience. The owners really thought of everything. They were also very responsive when we had questions. We felt very welcome and at home. We were not far from good food and attractions like Ruby Falls and shopping. Thanks for the great experience!!

Great Property

Beautifully decorated and updated. Fully stocked with all your needs and numerous add ons many owners don’t take the time to do like nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Olive oil in a modern dispenser, plenty of pods for doing dishes. Plenty of games and books. House has a huge and gorgeous back yard. Easy access to 24. Truly a great property. Mike is an amazing host. Recommend to all.

Wow what a beautiful house!! A little problem with the key fob but the property manager was exceptional in taking care of the problem. The beds were very comfortable!! The proper management was very accommodating and got back to us via text or phone call. When ever we are in Chattanooga we will definitely stay here

The property itself was immaculate and well-maintained. The listing had accurately depicted the property, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeded our expectations. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the inviting living spaces were all thoughtfully designed. Family/Friend Vacay Memorial Day Weekend

Our family and cousins stayed in this lovely home for Memorial Day weekend. We played in Chattanooga and went white water rafting with the Cherokee Rafting Company in Ocoee - what a wonderful weekend we had! This home was the perfect location for us all to relax, hangout, play games, and have our own space. The house had everything we needed and the king bed is incredibly comfortable! Excellent location - close to everything in Chattanooga. And the covered back porch and fenced in back yard were perfect for our dog. Thank You!

LOOK NO FURTHER! You Hit the Jackpot with this beyond beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and charming property. Neighborhood is VERY quiet and pleasant. This was our 1st girls' trip, and we felt safe from the time we arrived til the time we departed.The host (Michael) is MOST accommodating. He made check in/out easy with quick responses to every message. When we entered the home, we found it as lovely and elegant as the photos depict. The living room was spacious and comfortable enough for us 8 women! The dining area was a fun place for us to convene and appreciate the beautiful kitchen which is fully stocked and has the latest appliances and conveniences. The only SMALL complaint I have is that the dining room chairs, while VERY beautiful and comfortable, are in need of good cleaning as the upholstery is light in color. I'm sure this is a testament to the many families who have enjoyed this beautiful and inviting space! The bedrooms are 100 out of 10 comfortable, and the Master Bath is so divine you won't want to leave it. EVERYTHING you want or need to see (tourist-wise) is within a VERY short drive of this property. We even stumbled upon a Krispy Kreme with a Starbucks across the street from it! Talk about a gold mine! Getting to downtown Charttanooga from this property is a breeze so no worries if you stay downtown late. I'm already planning my return stay to this property. Thank you Michael for making our 1st girls trip THE BEST!

Spacious home with calming aesthetic

Our family celebrated Independence Day here and it was wonderful. The house is well equipped and we could see the fireworks all of over Chattanooga from the back porch. All communication was easy and friendly. We left a couple of dresses in the closet and the owner very promptly notified us and offered to ship them to us. Everything to see in Chattanooga was within minutes of drive time but we mostly Ubered anyway. We didn’t bring any pets but I believe it is pet friendly and the back yard is completely closed in by a tall fence for anyone who needs to know. We would definitely stay here again. Five stars.

First time renter!

This was our very first time renting any type of house rental. We've only ever stayed in hotels. We were traveling very far from home, so having the added convenience of a full kitchen, washers and dryers, and enough space that we could all enjoy family time just hanging out was very important. From the moment we walked in, the house was warm, welcoming, and clean! The sunrise and sunsets from the back patio were so beautiful that the pictures I took don't do it justice. Everything in town was close and easy to get to. Michael was very easy to communicate with and helped to answer all my questions about the house and the local area. Check in and out was a breeze! We enjoyed our week long visit here and sad to have it all end so soon. The location of this house was close to our family that lives here, that we look forward to staying here again the next time we're out this way to visit!
