This 1920s bungalow, in the middle of all things Napa, is your Second home! Walk to downtown in just minutes with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, boutiques, Oxbow Public Market, Fuller Park, and more. Drive to any Napa winery within 40 minutes and downtown Sonoma in just 20 minutes.
Restricted to 30 night minimum stays.
Newly refurnished in the summer of 2023, the home features a brand new primary suite, including spacious full bathroom and custom walk-in closet. Completely updated guest bathroom and brand new laundry room inside the home. The fully stocked kitchen with everything you may need. It opens to a dining room, which comfortably seats six, plus barstools at the kitchen peninsula. Bright comfortable living room to relax and play games or watch your favorite streaming media.

The property includes a detached quiet and secluded bonus room with sleeper sofa, desk, and tv - the perfect place outside the home to get all your work done.

The backyard is a quiet oasis surrounded by mature landscaping, featuring a shaded, well-lit patio with a comfortable seating area - a peaceful spot to relax after a long day. Or sit in a pair of cozy chairs on the front porch and watch the world go by on 2nd Street.

Private driveway and easy street parking. 240w outlet available for EV charging. Central A/C and heat in the house with a mini-split A/C/heating unit in the bonus room.

Welcome to your Second home!

*Please note that we have a home security system which is used when the home is unoccupied. The system does not include any interior cameras.
Guests can request a custom code to use the alarm system.
In addition, there are two unused exterior cameras (front porch and outside the garage) which are on the property as a deterrent (as recommended by the alarm company). There is also a doorbell camera that is part of the security system. If a guest has any questions or concerns about these cameras or the alarm system, please ask us! We are more than happy to discuss.

The Perfect Napa Retreat

My sisters and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Napa home, and it exceeded all my expectations. Located conveniently close to town, it offered the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. The blend of classic charm and modern amenities made for an incredibly comfortable stay. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the porch or unwinding in the evening, the serene setting was simply perfect. The hosts were wonderful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this Napa gem for anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable getaway. I can't wait to return!

Easy 10 minute walk to downtown, easy check-in and lots to do in Napa. Hosts were available to answer questions. Weather was wonderful.The photos are really great, but the property could use some TLC and cleaning. When staying for a month you hope the duvet and blankets are clean, the throw rugs washed, the towels clean, the dishes, silverware, etc. Having to wash everything before use gets old....the few hour clean between guests just doesn't cut it for a month long stay. Owners did offer to send the cleaning crew back out but, we cleaned ourselves to know it was done.Icemaker didn't work. The gas range burners had caked on stuff that we couldn't get off with oven cleaner.Several security cameras on property was unsettling, we had to ask them to be turned off yet the lights still flashed on the cameras, so we never sat on the front porch (doorbell and security camera). The thermostat acted up until just before we left, coming on at odd times at very low temps.Yard was great for our two small dogs, with automatic lights that stay on the entire time you're outside. The fountain and string lights weren't working. There is a hot tub next to the fence by the primary bedroom, that runs/circulates every half hour throughout the night, too loud to leave the only two screened windows open to take advantage of the low temperature nights.As mentioned, great location, great hosts.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We appreciate the compliments you have offered about our home. We would like to address some of your feedback: - We are sorry that the level of cleanliness in the home did not meet your standards. We offered to have our cleaning service return to address any particular issues, which you declined. When you informed us that you would do the cleaning yourself and went out to purchase additional cleaning products, we voluntarily reimbursed you for those expenses. - Our refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, as we explained, does not have a water hookup, so the ice maker in the freezer is not operational, which is why we have a Brita pitcher and ice trays available. - We have a home security system managed by AAA for when the house is unoccupied. There is an unused wireless Nest Cam on the front porch that we left in place as a deterrent, but it has not been recharged in months. We offered this explanation to you when you expressed concern about the cameras. - The fountain and string lights in the backyard are operational. If you had asked about them, we could have guided you to plug them into the GFCI outlet nearby. We strive to be responsive to our guests’ needs and to correct any issues as quickly as possible.

We have grown up in the Bay Area and spent years searching for a cozy place to call our home away from home. The Napa Valley is incredibly beautiful and we love being close to so many special places. There are countless wineries just a few minutes away as well as amazing restaurants and shops. Drive up to Calistoga for a mud bath and some fun shopping or zip over to Sonoma for a different scene. We are so happy to have found a place that is so central and yet feels like a little oasis at the same time.
