Great Stay

We had a great stay at Culverhouse! Our little family felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is true that the property is a little bit of a drive to the beach, but the location was perfect for our purposes. Walmart is very close by as well as shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Casey!

Great stay

The stay was great for my family and I. After the first few days the washer and dryer broke. I messaged the owner and told him what was wrong. I told him the next day we would be at Disney all day and he said his handyman would be out and use a maintenance code to get in. I said that was great. He messaged me later that day and said a new washer and dryer were installed and tested.

Great location for Daytona 500 and close to Orlando. House was very clean and had everything I expected. Checkin was simple.

We brought 3 ladies down to experience Spring break. The house was only 9 miles to the beach. Close to a lot of food places and Walmart. The house was perfect ans the beds were comfortable! Nice stay!!

Overall our stay was good. We did have a few hiccups during, but nothing that would deter us from staying at this property in the future.(Figuring out how to turn pool filter on, pool was dirty but service was completed next day, fridge was not cold but just needed to be turned up, freezer did not produce ice (so we just bought some), washer did not spin clothes well so had to repeat a couple times and ring out). Again, minor things but noticeable. Communication with property manager was quick and easy. Check in and out was quick, and even given the chance to check out a bit later. We had a great time at this property and would recommend this VRBO to others. It was very spacious, A.C. worked amazing, outside patio and pool made for a great space to hangout, and very close to Daytona Beach.

Wonderful home in Daytona

We came down for a week to visit with family living nearby. The house was very clean, the beds very comfortable, the location ideal for our visit. The host was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. I got an answer in minutes!

A great place for Family Time!

We stayed here because it’s close to our son and his family. The grandkids loved to come and visit, swim in the pool, play the games, and just hang out. The owners have thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home

We went to Florida for a late Christmas with our family. This property was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more! One of the best places we have stayed. We will go back again!

Good 9 day stay

I was here for work and the house was more than we needed for just than the two of us, but it was much better than a hotel. The owner was very good at responding to any questions. Everything worked well - quiet neighborhood.

Overall, our stay was okay with a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The host was responsive, answered all questions promptly, and provided thoughtful touches like coffee grounds, filters, and sleeves. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pots, pans, and microwave all worked as expected. Bedrooms were average-sized with beds that suited our group of 3 adults and 2 teens. The master was especially spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the two living rooms with smart TVs, family games including foosball, and plenty of pool floats. The home stayed cool throughout our stay, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with essentials. The laundry area had detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and a tabletop ironing board. The pool was a good size and enjoyable once cleared, though the backyard lacked landscaping, which made the outdoor space feel a bit bare.On the downside, the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit rough,with a homeless shelter 2 streets over and had a mix of well-maintained and rundown homes. One bed had stained covers, but the host addressed it promptly. The pool was green on arrival but cleared by day 3. The washer didn’t spin well, so drying took extra time. Also, the images on VRBO didn’t clearly reflect the condition of the floors—some stains were noticeable in person and made the overall quality feel lower than it could have been or at least lowered my expectations with a more accurate representation.

Nicely located for Daytona bike week

Didn’t want to be in the middle of all the madness. This property is about 10 mins from both Main Street and the speedway. Quiet neighborhood and awesome house. House was clean and as advertised. Casey was awesome to work with. She answered every question I had. Look forward to working with Casey in the future.
