GUEST ACCESS:
The front door has a electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to check in. We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival. If there are any issues, we will be able to unlock and lock it remotely.

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW:
The house is all one level. There is 1 step up into the home & a 1/2 step down into the theatre room, and 2nd bathroom. To assist you in visualizing the layout of the space, here is a brief description:
-The yard is large for activities to play but it is not fully fenced.
-There are 2 living areas separated by the kitchen/dining areas. The main living room offers seating for 7 people plus benches that can be pulled into the room to seat 13. The theatre room offers seating for 6 people and the benches can also be pulled into this room to seat 12.
-There are two full bathrooms. One has a tub/shower. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
-This home has a large carport over the driveway with a low clearance of 7' 5". Please be advised that oversized vehicles will need to park to the left of the carport or may need to street park. Street parking is free.
