Hermosa casa, plano de planta abierto con mucho espacio para reunirse.

Esta casa es la casa de vacaciones perfecta con un gran patio trasero con piscina climatizada, jacuzzi, mesa de ping pong, parque infantil, trampolín, fogata al aire libre, sala de estar al aire libre, cocina al aire libre, parrilla y dos mesas de comedor de 6 asientos.

En el interior hay una gran sala familiar grande con sellado abovedado y muchas ventanas, mesa de billar, futbolín y chimenea eléctrica.

Arriba hay 3 dormitorios con un baño, así como una gran sala de juegos / juguetes. El dormitorio principal es muy grande con una cama king size. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen una cama matrimonial y una cama individual. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios de invitados con camas queen y dos baños completos.

También abajo está la sala de estar, la sala familiar, el comedor y el área de la cocina equipados con dos televisores grandes de pantalla plana con Netflix y cabe para películas ilimitadas. También hay reproductor de DVD y PS3 con juegos.

Esta es una casa de ensueño para familias con niños. También es apto para ped con una puerta para perros para el patio trasero cercado.

Ubicado al final del callejón sin salida que tiene su jardín privado con mesa de picnic y bancos. Es la calle perfecta para ver a tus hijos jugar, andar en bicicleta, escalar árboles, etc.

También puedes caminar a Pete's Place para la noche de karaoke, o al Blind Goat para disfrutar de excelentes bebidas y juegos. La farmacia CVS y una estación de servicio también están a poca distancia.

South Tampa es el mejor lugar para alojarse, ya que está cerca del centro, Hyde Park Village, Bayshore, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Centro de convenciones, River Walk, el aeropuerto internacional de Tampa. También está a un breve trayecto en coche del centro de St. Pete, playas, Bush Gardens, etc. South Tampa es una ubicación central con acceso cercano a restaurantes, centros comerciales, tiendas, playas. También está a solo una hora de Disney y Orlando.

Perfect place

The house was perfect for my family, my wife and I, my four children and two significant others.The house was easy for us to relax in between events for my extended family.Hanging out by the pool was great.

Great Gathering place

We were in Tampa to celebrate a grad school graduation and this home was a wonderful place to gather. Wonderful open spaces and the pool was the perfect cool off in the heat of August. The host was immediately responsive and the kitchen well stocked.

Perfect place for a family!

This home has it all for everyone to enjoy! Play room for kids. Billiards, fooseball, ping pong & even a trampoline! But the number one hit was the pool and jacuzzi!!! My only complaint was some maintenance needs to be done outside with the living area (rusted outdoor grill etc). It really was an excellent stay and a fantastic location! Would stay here again!!!!!

Large, Fun House in central Tampa

Rented the house for our daughter's 18th birthday. Her present was tickets to the Taylor Swift concert for her and 5 others. House location was excellent, less than 4 miles from Raymond James Stadium. Plenty of room and things to do. The pool table and outside ping pong were especially a hit. Publix, restaurants and shopping only a few minutes away. Only (minor) negative, to me (the dad), is the beds are older and and I was rather stiff in the mornings. Downstairs shower/steam bathroom, though, was awesome and helped a lot!

South Tampa house

Great house for entertaining , but the owners will harass you. Several messages even before we stayed to give extra information and want you to sign a contract that is unreasonable. Multiple calls and texts , I couldn’t even enjoy with my friends and family because of the barrage of messages. The neighbors are very nosy and complain a lot. I can’t even let my kids go outside and play because the neighbors are complaining. I had the owners take pictures of our stay and send them to me, threatening to tow my car because it was on the street. It is a nice house , great for entertaining , but you can’t entertain because the owners are bombarding you with messages and complaints. This is not a house you want to stay in, unless you have no , no friends and just plan to have one car and sit at home quitely by yourself.

Functional but disappointing overall

POSITIVES:1. Owner was very sincere and responsive.2. Lots of bedrooms for many people; nice and convenient neighborhood.3. Pool area excellent. NEGATIVES (intended as constructive):1. It’s not a true VRBO vacation rental. It’s an often lived in family home. All bedroom closets locked (presumably because in use by owner), therefore you can’t really make yourself at home. An expensive rental property should have useable closet space.2. As a house that’s clearly lived in by the owner, it’s a bit worn for a property with such a high nightly rate.3. For the reasons above, the property just isn’t worth the stated nightly rate.4. Downstairs guest hallway and bathroom had 25-50 flies the first day. We Raided the area and killed them. The owner immediately sent over a cleaning crew, apologized, and even sent over a bottle of wine. While the cleaning crew cleaned up, the problem remained. A day later we were spraying Raid and killing just-hatched miniature flies. The house was rented for 5 middle age guys just hanging out for a long weekend so the fly issues were just shrugged off. However, had wives or small children been tagging along, it would have been a serious problem that would have caused many not to want to stay there. 5. Hot tub not working. But these thing happen. Owner advised us the night before our stay.Nice owner, functional, worn, overpriced.

Great time for a guys golf trip

We came for a guys golf trip and had a great time. House was clean and Thais was communicative. Plenty of fun things to do (pool, hot tub, billiards, etc) and location is excellent. Would stay there again!

Save Yourself- Filthy, Unsafe...go anywhere else!

You’ll be greeted by the overwhelming smell of mold which the owner tries to cover with scented plug ins and air freshener in every room. Don’t go outside unless you want to step in dog feces as it’s clearly never cleaned. The pool is made to look clean but wasn’t being filtered during our stay (water level too low) and buckets full of debris. The hot tub had NO chemicals (I bought test strips because of how dirty the house was) so it was a sespool. Live cockroaches roamed freely in the kitchen and laundry room. Most utensils and appliances were coated with food- gross! The washing machine didn’t work and was covered in mildew. Long black hairs were everywhere- including clogging drains with hair balls greeting our feet in the shower. The master bedroom flooring was unstable. The backyard adjoins (and view from the balcony) a budget daycare with many kids so starting at 7am and through the day you’ll hear teachers yelling “time to go in” “stop hitting” “off that” “get in line”. We were forced to find alternate accommodations despite staying here to avoid hotels due to necessary travel during the pandemic. I have no idea how it’s possible that anyone gave a positive review on here.

Great family house!

My family and I wanted to go somewhere for the Christmas holiday. We were looking for a house that could accommodate adults and children/teens raging in age from 11 to 21 and two dogs. The house has an amazing open floor plan on the first floor with a pool table a fuse ball. The backyard has a large pool and a huge hot tub. They have LOTS of toys and games for younger kids. The owner also answered my call if I had any questions. The only negative was the kitchen cabinets were full so we had to keep the non perishable foods on the counter. I’d recommend this house for a family with kids.

Great family getaway

Spacious and built for entertaining

All of us enjoyed our stay, it fit 9 comfortably, great kitchen to work with, lots of entertainment options for the time we were actually staying inside. Few snafus here and there, but nothing that took away from the trip. Excellent communication with the property manager for anything that did come up.

Fantastic

We recently spent a long weekend in Tampa. The trip was excellent and in large part due to the wonderful accommodations. This house is so spacious and offers so many different areas for guests to gather. It is tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Due to the great weather, we spent most of the days outside swimming and playing ping-pong. Owner responds quickly to messages and is both accommodating and flexible. This home is clearly a labor of love; we will definitely be back!

Pretty serious dog odor and this not a traditional VRBO

The owner did let us know it was their home but I have rented a lot on VRBO and it did not register to me which is my fault not their's so just beware they are just leaving it is not a rental. The house has a major dog smell which is my reason behind the 2 stars. We were also charged 25.00 for a $1 dollar cup that was broken. We had insurance but it seemed nitpicky.

Perfect weekend!

The home is even better than the pictures! My family and I had a blast! Very homey and comfortable with plenty of together space as well as privacy. The prideful owner is very accommodating and responds very quickly! Great family home located conveniently to everything!

Fun place for kids

We appreciated that this place was great for the kids in our group - it's nice to not have to bring any toys...and for those who are not bringing kids, it's nice that the kids' items are confined to their bedrooms upstairs and the playroom (so they're not in the main living area). Location was convenient for all we wanted to do - a little far for us to get to Clearwater with two little kids (tried to keep driving to 30 minutes or less), but if our group was older (and the weather were warmer) - we would have headed there. Also appreciated that it's really close to Trader Joe's and Publix. Access with the code was easy. Visitor's should be aware that this is very much a home that the owner's live in, so it doesn't quite have the same feel as a permanent rental (e.g., personal photos, toys in some rooms, food in part of the freezer and cabinets).

Great house and great location!

Myself, and several of my buddies (age 25-32) stayed in this house for my recent bachelor party. The house was as advertised, and the outdoor area was well beyond our expectations. The owner was easy to reach prior to our stay, and gave us all needed information in a timely manner. The location could not have been any better for all the typical activities large groups look for when vacationing to Tampa. Also, we experienced no issues with the neighbors. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of Tampa. It accommodates any party ranging from family vacation to a bachelor party.

Great property in Tampa!

A few co-workers and I rented this house for a small group working session with a team member in Tampa and it was a great fit for us. There was outdoor space to sit and talk as well as a large living room and dining room. The space is set up awesome for a family to visit ideally with great fun for kids and adults alike! Would definitely come back again!

This property is spacious and very well integrated, which makes it great for enjoying your friends and family. All the entertainment around the house makes it fun and interactive with your group. We love to entertain, and this house makes it even more fun. Rain or shine, you will be having a large area to enjoy your group, always lookig at the pool.

This property is just beautiful, spacious, confortable, and fun. We love entertaining, and this is the perfect place to do it. You will have a great time in my home.
Because it is our home, you will have additional items that you may not find in a vacation rental, such as all kitchen tools, spices, games for the family, toys for children. We do try to put away as much as possible personal items so you do not feel you are intruding, We leave drawers in bedrooms empty to give you space for your items, and all bathroom cabinets are also emptied out.
