The peaceful Sea Breeze is perfect with a swimming pool or putting or Ping-Pong. Pickle ball court across the street. Marriott for weddings is less then a mile away. Your'e within a 30 minute drive from Disneyland, Angels stadium, Ducks Hockey, or even Sea World. So much to do !!

Our family enjoyed their stay. AC worked great especially with it being hot outside. Backyard was great especially with the fence around the pool for our young grandkids.

Outside area is large and had plenty to keep all age groups entertainted. Pool area is very nice. Large bedrooms. Very nice place for families and large groups. Park and playground right across the street. Close by to market, gas, and resturants.

The house is beautiful, extremely spacious, and in a great location. Large park across the street, easy walk to restaurants or grocery store, and Baskin-Robbins. ; )Our host was easy to ask questions of and always replied promptly.If you're heading to the OC anytime soon, I highly recommend staying at Sea Breeze Villa.

Amazing property and amenities, absolutely lived the Jacuzzi! Communication with the host was always timely and informative, always made sure we had what we needed. Comfortable home for a family

We spent the week in the Laguna Beach area for our son’s wedding. It was a perfect, convenient home and location for getting ready, down time, and eating some meals between events. The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub and putting green were a great option for all of us, from my parents to my 6 year old nephew. Highly recommended.

Hi, we enjoyed our time in California, but there were several issues with the property that significantly impacted our stay.The outdoor fan was not working, and requiring us to text to have the hot tub turned on was inconvenient—especially since we attempted to use it on Saturday night and did not receive a response. The sink had a noticeable odor, and essential toiletries were not properly stocked (including a lack of toilet paper and no shampoo downstairs).Additionally, the upstairs shower had very poor water pressure, and the sheets in the upstairs bedroom appeared unclean upon arrival. The microwave was also not functioning, and the pool cleaner was left in the pool. The area around the ping pong table contained broken items and was not properly maintained.We also attempted to use the oven, but it repeatedly switched from bake to broil on its own, which is a serious safety concern and potential fire hazard.These issues reflect a lack of proper upkeep and preparation for guests.

Taylor, I’m sorry for all the issues you faced. We now have a dedicated iPad to control the spa and pool and will be controlled and not able to heat the pool to 100 degrees as it happened in the last. I had an oven specialist come out and check what you said and everything is good to go and no issue found. There were new ping pong paddles and balls in the table outside and I’m sorry I didn’t direct you there. The water pressure is set from the city. I truly am sorry you had issues but we enjoyed hosting you. A full case of toilet paper was in the garage, and I’m sorry you didn’t see that. Thank you for the review and it keeps us in our toes. Future visits from you are welcome. All other reviews show a different outcome and we are dedicated to make sure every guest is taken care of. God Bless

This was the most perfect home for our family (11 of us) while attending my daughter's wedding in Dana Point. The location was outstanding as we had parties in San Clemente, wedding in San Juan Capistrano and the church just 2 minutes away in Dana Point. The pool and spa were heated and so welcoming as we entertained our friends also traveling to CA. The outside putting green, ping pong table and bocci ball were perfect for our kids (ages 8,9, & 10). The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The place was immaculate when we arrived and the towels were plentiful. We loved the top of the line washer/dryer and the parking for our 4 vehicles. We will surely come back each year for our family vacation and we found the perfect spot.

My family had a wonderful experience. Robert was communicative, accommodating and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The home was the perfect Christmas getaway for my family and in a great location near the beach. The pool and turf yard were a great amenity for children. I highly recommend!

Family Trip to Dana Point

My family enjoyed the house and convenient location. Short drive to beach and Dana Point restaurants with grocery store just around the corner. We had a group of 10, great spaces both inside and outside the house. Loved the hot tub. Will definitely go back to this house.

Wedding visit

Nice and spacious. Quiet, comfortable, convenient to stores etc. nice park across the street. Two bathrooms a little limiting at wedding prep time but otherwise not an issue. Lots of towels, comfy beds, lots of tvs, well appointed kitchen, good heating / ac controls. - overall a great experience

A wonderful stay in Dana Point!

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this updated home in Dana Point. There was fun for everyone with the pool, golf green, and ping pong options outside. TV was easy to navigate and we listened to music often. Host was very clear and communicative - also very accommodating!

Gorgeous spot that has everything!

Our stay was a delight. The outdoor space with the pool/hot tub, putting green, and seating area was the highlight. But my family also really enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and ample indoor living space/kitchen. It had plenty of space for my family (6 adults and 2 kids).The neighborhood is quiet and the house is right across the street from a park. Love that the grocery store is a quick 2 minute drive away to pick up odds and ends. Robert was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions/requests. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Fantastic!

The property was clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities you could want for a family vacation! We spent so much time outside using the pool, spa, putting green, ping pong table, and relaxing on the patio. The location is an easy drive to beaches and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to offer beach equipment such as chairs and a boogie board for those who are traveling by plane.
