Appointed with colorful coastal accents throughout the home, you are instantly drawn to the beach lifestyle and are ready to experience all of the beauty and adventure that Laguna Beach has to offer. From the light and bright living room, soak in the afternoon sun through the West-facing tall, double French doors. You are lead to a private, enclosed and beautifully landscaped backyard, where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or cocktail on the back deck. Both bedrooms are on the second level, each with their own bath. Forced air conditioning and heat ensures you are comfortable in summer and winter months. Free wi-fi and space for remote work and learning is offered. Includes beach chairs, water sports equipment including kayaks and boogie boards. This charming beach cottage is located in the HIP District just steps to the beach and unique shopping and dining. Enjoy easy access to Coast Highway through the back gate. Leave your car in the garage and walk everywhere. A short stroll to the Village or take the free trolly. While in the Village, enjoy the day at Main Beach, exploring art galleries, Heisler Park, The Sawdust Festival and Festival of the Arts and Pageant of the Masters. Your days and nights will be filled with nothing but relaxation and fun. NOTE FOR YOUR SAFETY, there are security cameras located at the exterior, above the front door, and at the exterior, above the garage, that records when it detects motion by persons or animals.

Perfect location and accommodations

Great location from the beach, coffee shops, trolley stops, shopping and restaurants! We were thrilled with the accommodations and the location for everything couldn’t have been better! Lovely spot and can’t wait to go back!

We had a pretty flawless stay at the cottage. Annette greeted us very warmly, took us on a tour of the home to point out key details, and set us up for a great week-long stay. The cottage itself is quite spacious, really nicely furnished, full of light, and the large kitchen well equipped. The yard is attractively landscaped and we enjoyed the hot tub nearly every night. I don’t recall ever hearing neighbors, despite their proximity. Having a large garage was really helpful, particularly as we had my elderly mother with us. There was a small issue with the tv (not at all uncommon), and Annette was right on it and we resolved the problem quickly. The cottage is in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and only a 4-5 min drive to “downtown” Laguna Beach, so the location is primo. In view of all these features, this may have been our best VRBO experience to date.

Perfect beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house! The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, great dining and shopping! The house was perfect for our family - spacious and great living spaces. Annette gave us fabulous recommendations on activities and dining. Highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed!

Great house and location!

Perfect location - easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants. The home was perfect for our weekend getaway for 3 adults. Annette was very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs, and there were a number of special touches and amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

Great stay close to the beach!

This was a perfect house for our family of 4. An easy walk to the beach, and walk/short trolley ride to wherever you want to go in Laguna. The hot tub and fireplace were great for the cool January days. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place

My husband and I enjoyed Annette’s beautiful home. It was located very close to the beach and there were so many shops and restaurants to choose from. The house was amazing and we enjoyed it immensely!

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a short walk from the PCH for shopping and dining and the beach. It has a quaint back yard with real grass!! Perfect spot for us.

Laguna vacation

My family stayed here after visiting Disneyland. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, coffee shop, and restaurants and we just walked every where we wanted to go. Our favorite part was the morning walks on the beach.

Great family weekend.

Great 2 bedroom place, less than 5 minutes from the Ocean. One block off the main strip, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and galleries within walking distance. Nice amenities in the house, and the hosts were communicative and accomodating.

Weekend getaway

Had a wonderful weekend in Laguna Beach. The property is well maintained, backyard is beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location is very central and we loved the nearby coffee shop! The only downside is that the street in front where the master bedroom is was noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs!

Perfect Spot

What a wonderful spot this is! The host was great; met us as we checked in to ensure we knew how to operate the TV and hot tub which was appreciated. This home literally had everything we needed to cook and entertain a small group of family and friends for Thanksgiving. The location is stellar. I highly recommend booking and would love to return!

Wonderful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Laguna Beach. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything and just across the street from the beach. The house was really well stocked with everything we could have ever needed plus beach toys, chairs, boogie board etc in the garage. Having the garage is wonderful as parking can be a challenge in Laguna! Annette was wonderful host and met us at the house, gave us a tour and the run down on everything. She was also super responsive to any texts during our stay! The house was clean, beds were super comfy and the little backyard and hot tub were adorable! Would definitely stay here again!

Laguna Feb vacation

Everything was perfect the location of 1037 could not be better :.. walk to the beach, walk to the coffee shop walk to the gym, walk to everything that Laguna has to offer! Annette is very attentive and is available for any last minute requests … but more importantly as a returning client she understands exactly what we want to make our vacation perfect!

August CA Beach Trip

Our family (3 adults + 1 teen) stayed in the Coastal Laguna Beach Cottage the week of Aug 14th. We all had an amazing week. The cottage was as described-super clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Annette is a really great host. She met us upon arrival to let us in and walk us through the property. In addition, her guide book has every question & detail covered. If anything comes up, she is very responsive to texts. The house is equipped towels, bedding and all the kitchen essentials you need. She also has beach chairs & towels which helped us as we traveled from the east coast. There is a garage so parking is never an issue. The location is perfect. Whether you want to stay close or venture out, there is so much to do. It's two blocks from the nearest beach but close to many others-driving or walking. There is great coffee & food across the alley behind the house. Downtown Laguna is within a 10 min walk which we made daily. It's a short drive to the various local hiking areas or down to Dana Point. If you are planning a trip to Laguna Beach this home is a can't miss.

We enjoy all of the amenities nearby. We enjoy sunset walks on the beach at low tide, and visit all of the local eateries. We love the local parks with beach access at Montage Resort and Heisler Park. We are regulars at The Sawdust Festival in the summer, sampling their craft beers and listening to their local bands. We know that you will enjoy our beach home as much as we do. We want you to feel welcome....make yourselves at home during your stay, and have a memorable time.
