The upstairs unit you mentioned as unoccupied is actually rented, so we’re unsure how that assumption was made. We use a professional pest control company for all our properties, so the spray under the sink is unexpected. Regarding the shower dispenser, we only became aware of the damage after checkout when our cleaners reported it. We reviewed our pre- and post-checkout photos, confirmed the damage, and filed a claim accordingly. We’re always open to addressing concerns during a guest’s stay and would have appreciated the opportunity to do so before these comments were made.
