Super host. House was perfect for us to host our daughter boot camp graduation. Host allowed us to extend our stay day of as we found out our daughters schedule. Beds were all queen sized and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Also super easy to get back and forth to Great Lakes RTC without all the traffic

Very clean house. It was perfect for our stay. The host was fantastic at responding when I had questions. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Convienent location to Navy base. Well appointed kitchen made meal prep a breeze. Liked the off street parking. Plenty of power outlets for devices. WiFi was a little spotty

Fantastic location near Naval Base Great Lakes. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate around the area too. Good food nearby. First time the sailor could relax in nine weeks.

This place was so great. The host was great. When i had asked about an items, they made sure it was out ready for me when we got there. The kitchen had everything i could thinknof for cooking. Highly recommend.

Great stay

Excellent! Super cute house and amazing communication from Jesse! I saw people said things about the area but it was fine! Diversified area and neighbors were friendly and kind to us the entire stay! Highly recommend for a family taking kids to Six Flags , Gurnee Mills and amazing beach 1.2 miles on Lake Michigan LOVED it and will be back

Great location for easy access to everything

This place was as advertised! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you needed. The parking in the back of the house took a moment to find but was easy to access. The proximity to the Navy recruit training base was great and has several great restaurants near by.I would stay here again!

Comfortable and Great Location to RTC

This property was easy to get to and close to all amenities, including the Navy RTC. Host was excellent! Responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check-in and out process. Great experience overall!

Absolutely perfect stay! Very clean… very comfortable… all beds were super comfortable …the house is super cute inside! The host has everything you can possibly think of! Close to base and everything you need! (Maybe 10 mins with traffic but probably less) I will say I gave location a 4 star as the street is a little run down however we stayed for four nights and did a couple uber Eats deliveries and walked daily at all times and had zero issues! Everyone was very friendly and there is a church at the end of the street. The alley to parking is a little tricky, it’s the first left and then first right if you are coming in off Belvidere. Can’t thank Jesse enough for a hassle free stay! I would definitely stay here or at another of his properties again!

The owner was super easy to communicate with and the property was wonderful. Came for Navy graduation. It was about 15 min to base. It took a few minutes to find alley entrance north of home to get to parking in the back but everything was great.

Great Condo/sketchy area

Overall great unit, the location was not in a great neighborhood. Jesse was easy to communcate with. If you aren't picky about the area, I would still recommend. Alley for parking was nice and off the street, but hard to identify the right house.

Overall good

Downstairs bedroom bed is rock hard but couch is comfy. Clean and felt homey. Overall good experience. Parking was kind of hard to figure out how to get to but once found it was okay.

Waukegan house

We truly enjoyed our time in Waukegan. The house was older but remodeled beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, & lots of towels.Jesse was easy to wirk with and easy to get ahold of if we needed to.

Excellent!

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from RTC Great Lakes. Very convenient and close to the base. House was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend with our new Sailor. Jesse was an excellent host, very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. One of the nights we stayed there was a snow storm and first thing in the morning he was there to shovel the walkways and driveway for us! I would highly recommend staying here!

A home away...

Very nice home with a parking spot in the rear. Neighborhood was quiet with non-existent traffic. Short drive to Six Flags Great America. More amenities than we needed, however very nice that they are there for family needs. Laundry, exercise space, free Wi-Fi, connected TV. Check-in was easy. Host responded promptly to messages and proactively inquired about our stay. We felt very safe with cameras and motion activated lights on the property. I slept in the bedroom while two teenage girls slept upstairs in the 2 bed loft with plenty of privacy. My daughter likes to sleep in a freezer so she appreciated the A/C unit up there. Central air for the rest of the house. Fully stocked kitchen for meal prep and cleanup. We plan on doing the Six Flags trip annually and will definitely rent this home again if available.

Naval Graduation

We stayed here when our daughter graduated from the Navy. House is as described and sticked/furnished with all you need or would expect. House was clean. Neighborhood seemed a little "sketchy" but we had zero issues or concerns while we were there. If you are coming for a Navy graduation location is good. Less than 10 mintues to base except on graduatiin morning. Traffic is horrendous but were still able to get from home and in our seats in less than 90 minutes. Would recommend and stay again
