Beautiful Lakefront Condo - 2 Master Suites and Queen Sofa Bed

Our Lakefront property is nestled on the shores of the Lake of the Ozarks, providing breath taking views and direct access to the water. This amazing first floor 2 bed/2.5 bath condo is located near the end point at the prestigious Regatta Bay condo complex overlooking the 12-mile marker in the Village of Four Seasons.

--The Property--

Step inside this condo and you will find it to be perfectly decorated and luxurious with a modern coastal touch. You will feel at home as soon as you walk into the door. We have not one, but two master bedroom king suites each with their own master baths and walk in closets. We provide travel size body wash, lotion shampoo and conditioner. Spacious and comfy family room, which includes a queen pull out couch (more space for additional guests), oversized chair, gas fireplace, large smart TV, games, magazines and more. If you’re traveling and need to work…don’t worry! We provide a “lift” coffee table that can be utilized as your own personal desk.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation, including evening barbecues with a full sized gas grill (Outside under the stairs). It has six bar stools around the kitchen counter so that you can gather with family and friends while cooking. Also, we provide a six-seat dining table as well. We also have a full-size washer and dryer for those extended stays.

Last, but definitely not least, experience the beautiful lake views that go for miles inside our newly remodeled screened in deck, with consist of mini bar that seats four, a loveseat rocker, and a table and chairs to accommodate four. The unit includes a12x36 boat and pwc slip in the community dock nearby, which can be rented. Regatta Bay has 2 pools, pickle ball/tennis court, picnic areas (including pavilion), with plenty of extra parking for guests.

Regatta Bay is in a quiet area surrounded by trees and is centrally located on the POPULAR Horseshoe Bend Parkway. It's only minutes away from waterfront restaurants, bars, shopping and activities.
