Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, servicios, instalaciones y estado del alojamiento y comunicación
When we arrived at the property we discovered multiple issues/damage. - There we no hangers in the closet (only thing the host addressed) - There were numerous items damaged sich as the shower diverter on the tub spout and low water pressure for the shower as a result, the molding around the bathroom door appeared at if an animal chewed on it, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, one nightstand had a broken drawer, both n8ghtstandw were wobbling, only 1 nightstand had a lamp, a door in the kitchen would not shut all the way, the garbage disposal smelled, coffee pot was filthy, multiple walls had scuff marks, there was only 1 remote for the loving room TV, the door to the patio only stayed closed when locked, the pool was not available for access as usual (6:30 am to dusk) but only when the complex office was open. The pool issue was due to a technical issue the host was aware of but did not advise us of. Also, communication with the host was terrible, most issies were ignored except for the lack of hangers, which took multiple texts to address. Will never rent from this host again.

Overall we were extremely disappointed in our stay. Upon arrival we discovered that there were no hangers in the walk in closet and no dresser for other clothing like underwear/socks etc... The pool was only available during office hours for the property, which the host was aware of but dod not tell us. We also discovered that the handle to the diverter valve on the tub spout was broken. Also the water pressure for the shower was pathetic. The garbage disposal smelled, there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Also there were 2 sets of towels (bath towel, hand towel and washcloth) for 2 people for an entire week. The coffee maker was disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. The molding on the bathroom door looked like a prior renter locked there dog in it and the dog chewed on it. There were scuff marks on multiple walls, especially in the bedroom. Also in the bedroom 1 stand had a broken drawer and both stands were very unstable. Cheap poor quality furniture. The door to the patio would only stay clsed when locked, this making it difficult to enjoy the patio as the door stay latched otherwise. One of the worst places we have ever stayed and the host only addressed the issue of the hangers.

So many issues with this rental

So many issues on this property that wasn’t working. No card left L/R light working B/R drawer broken Dishwasher leaks Toilet clogged - had to fix Pool was closed No paper towels Fire alarm goes off at 4am Just not a good rental.

Nice Place

Convenient to beach, shopping and food. Has minimal items for kitchen but can get by with what is there. I don’t believe pool is heated, was going to get in but seemed pretty cold, did not see anyone swim in it, but they did relax around it in the chairs. Nice pool table in rec area. The playground looks super cute for little ones.
