We spent a relaxing week at this property with our extended family (6 adults and 4 children). Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies that we needed. The beds were comfortable with each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The management company communicated clearly from booking to checkout and provided a great welcome guide with all the property information and information regarding the surrounding area. This property was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Everyone loved the indoor pool and hot tub on the back deck with wonderful views of the mountains. The property looked exactly like the pictures online. It was even better in person! We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property.

Immaculate home with spectacular views and privacy. Rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - and there was something for everyone here. Host stayed in close contact and answered each of our questions. We were sorry to leave and can’t wait to return again soon!

Beautiful home. Very clean. Actually has two bedrooms on the main floor. Nice to have a bathroom in every room. All amenities in the kitchen. You cannot beat sunrise or sunset in the Smoky Mountains. Back deck was a lot of fun. Beautiful time of the year to be there. Fantastic weather. The fire pit was used every evening. The game area upstairs with air hockey was so much fun for the whole family. So much to do in this area of Sevierville, pigeon, Forge, and Gatlinburg. Would love to stay at this home again.

Fun Family Vacation at Gathering at the Summit Tennessee

This was an outstanding location for our Vacation. We enjoyed all of the amenities this location offered.( Indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Game Room.All bed rooms were suites. There was an amazing amount of parking for our large family. The montain views from this home were extraordinary and you could see the fire works from Dolly Wood im the living room and bach deck at this location every evening. We had a minor issue with a wasp nest on our deck by the hot tub. We contacted Costal Vibe vacations and they sent a representative from their company and addressed the problem immediately . This vacation home was close to many restraunts, shopping, amusements, hiking and Dolly Wood and Activities . I would highly recommend this five star home for your Tennessee vacation

BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN HOME

Our family was truly blessed by staying at your beautiful home on our vacation! We have been coming to Tennessee for many years & loved your home! We definitely highly recommend staying here & would love to stay here again! The views of God's creation are excellent!! Our family enjoyed swimming in the pool & sitting on the deck in the rockers in the afternoon. We also enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks show from Dollywood!! The home is close to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, but very private! We love going to Paula Dean's each year & we loved “The Local Goat” also!!! It was my favorite home we have stayed at so far!!

Perfection

This place had everything we were looking for. Incredible view! The deck overlooking the mountains was breathtaking and we enjoyed our coffees while listening to all the birds. Lots of great conversation while on the rocking chairs. It is definitely built for comfort. The pool was perfect temperature and even had a tv in there. Everyone had their own room and space. The main area and kitchen is open and we felt connected but not on top of each other. The patio with the fireplace and grill also had an incredible view. The house is totally new and clean. Nice large, gas stove. Could not have picked a more perfect property for our family vacation!

Spring break in the Smokys

We enjoyed staying at the beautiful Gathering at the Summit for our spring break! We saw bears in the back woods every single day which was so amazing. The kiddos loved the indoor pool and game room. The house was so beautiful and clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Super Smokies Stay at the Summit

We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO rentals and none have been better than this one. The house is perfect for up to 12 of all ages! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 7 to 88. The kids loved the pool, and we all loved the accommodations and spectacular view of the mountains! The location is private but close to all of the activities in the Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The owner was extremely responsive in answering questions, and the management company is as good as we’ve ever worked with. Any group of travelers considering a trip to the Smokey Mountains should, without question, gather at the Gathering at The Summit!

Everything as advertised. Very Clean. Great for large families.Beautiful location. Great views and not far from all the the local restaurants and attractions.Most impressive, a few minor maintenance issues that were reported and not urgent but their maintenance team came out right away.Hopefully, will stay again.

We had a fantastic time. This home is beautiful. It was clean and very spacious but homey. It was perfect. Everyone had their own en-suite with nice and comfy king beds. The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos and the pool was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend

We had a great stay. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Living room furniture comfortable and plenty of dining seating. Games all worked. Pool was cooler some days than others

New Years at The Summit

We had an exquisite stay at this beautiful property. Our family likes to travel after Christmas and found this beautiful home to stay in with amazing views. I highly recommend this rental. The views are breathtaking and the house is stunning. The location is also perfect, you are close to Pigeon Forge amenities, Wears Valley, and Gatlinburg is not to far.

5-Stars for The Gathering

This is a stunning, but yet comfortable home. Plenty of room to spread out. The grands enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the porch watching for wildlife. House was very clean and there were plenty of supplies for the 9 of us. Beds were all super comfy with beautiful views. Nothing like waking up early to lay in bed and watch the sunrise. I honestly can't say enough great things about this property, this neighborhood, and this rental group! All are outstanding!!! Do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. You won't be disappointed.
