On the upper level, a loft game area expands the possibilities even further with a pool table, poker table, foosball, and a cozy seating area that overlooks the mountains through large windows. There is also a dedicated home office on this level, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. The views alone make the loft a favorite gathering spot, allowing you to enjoy games, laughter, and breathtaking scenery simultaneously. Outdoors, the spacious decks offer peaceful spaces to relax, while the hot tub on the lower-level deck provides the ultimate way to unwind beneath the stars after a full day of exploring or playing. On the back side of the property, a propane fire pit awaits, offering the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

IMPORTANT: This is pet-friendly, which means 2 dogs are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.
