The best and most reliable means of transportation is UBER.
Pictures of passports or IDs are required prior arrival.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 pm.
3. Guests must follow Tree Tower IV and V condominium policies.
4. Guest must provide a valid phone number.
5. Submit passport pictures before arrival.
6. $50 charge for lost keys, remotes, or keycards.
7. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests; exceeding this will result in eviction.
8. Declare all overnight visitors; $10 fee per guest after the second.
9. $20 undeclared guest fee per night.
10. $30 fee for stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers.
11. No illegal drugs or hookah allowed.
12. $200 smoking fee.
13. Late check-out fee: $50 after 30 minutes, additional day charge after 2 hours.
