La Julia is one of the best and most exclusive neighborhoods in Santo Domingo, very quiet and near pretty much everything.
Enjoy easy access to city center shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
The best and most reliable means of transport is UBER.
1. No parties or events allowed on the property.
2. Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
3. All guests must comply with Torre Lizbeth II condominium policies.
4. Guests must agree to provide a valid working phone number.
6. Lost keys, remote, or keycard will incur a $50.00 charge.
7. Occupancy limit: 4 people. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
8. Maximum of 2 visitors allowed at any time. All overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation. There is a $10 fee per guest per night after the second guest. Visitors staying longer than 4 hours are considered overnight guests and are subject to the same fees.
9. An undeclared guest fee of $20 per guest per night will be applied.
10. Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
11. No illegal drugs or hookah use allowed on the property. Violators will be expelled.
12. Loudspeakers are prohibited inside the apartment and common areas. Any hookah or loudspeaker will be seized and returned at check-out.
13. A $200 smoking fee will be applied for any smoking inside the property.
14. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is left excessively dirty, including dirty pots and pans, excessive trash, or stains on floors or walls.
15. Late check-out fees: $50 for 30 minutes past check-out time; after 2 hours, an additional day`s charge will apply without granting possession for that day.
16. Addressing a complaint authorizes us to enter the property to resolve the issue, fix or repair any problems, or clean as needed. No further permission is required.
Violations of these house rules will result in booking cancellation and removal from the property without refunds.
