Golden Retreat in Pocono's Amenity filled SawCreek Estates ✨

Welcome to your Golden Retreat in the SawCreek Community! Enjoy a cup of fresh coffee while the living room is set ablaze with golden sunlight. Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, loft with board games and entertainment, and a game room in the basement filled with billiards, ping pong, air hockey, and more!

The space
Outdoor:
Enjoy the Pocono Mountain View on our large deck that wraps around the house! After soaking in the sun all day, be sure to roast some marshmallows in our new fire pit! There is an outdoor coal grill available for your use.

First Floor:
The living room is lit by natural light all day long and includes a Brand New 58” smart TV that has Netflix. The large kitchen is connected to the living room through an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you will need for your stay! Utensils and kitchen gadgets such as a microwave, blender, coffee machine, k-cup machine, etc will all be available during your stay. The dining table fits 8 but there is a folding table available when needed to fit 10. There are also 6 seats at the breakfast bar for those moments when a sit-down meal takes too long. Two cozy bedrooms are on the first floor, each bedroom has a full bed and a single fold out couch. Each bedroom is filled with towels, pillows, blankets and fresh linens! The bathroom on the first floor is fully stocked with toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The first aid kit is located in this bathroom.

Second Floor:
The third bedroom is situated on the second floor and has a queen-sized bed. The bedroom has towels, pillows, fresh linens and blankets! There is a second bathroom located on the second floor that contains toilet paper, towels, shampoo and conditioner. The loft contains a fold out couch thats perfect for two with a full-sized mattress. The loft also has board games such as Scrabble, Clue, Texas Hold'em Poker, Apples to Apples, Cards Against Humanity and more! Everything you need to have a fun game night. To the right of the loft there is an intimate jacuzzi room. Stocked with towels and candles to set the perfect mood. The jacuzzi room leads out onto a balcony overlooking the Pocono Mountains! Enjoy the balcony during the day or night. The view is always stunning!

Basement:
The basement is stocked with a ping pong table, billiards table, air hockey, foosball table, and more! The basement is meant to entertain the rainy or cold days away. Let that inner competitive side of you out while you enjoy all we have to offer!

SawCreek Estates is in prime location for activities during the summer AND winter! But there are also many amenities within the community. Such as outdoor and indoor pools, ski slopes, lake, restaurant, indoor & outdoor tennis courts, indoor & outdoor basketball courts and Top Of The World Restaurant. The Golden Retreat is within walking distance of a outdoor&indoor pool, gym, tennis, basket & volleyball, ski slope, and Top Of The World restaurant.
