Welcome to Dolphin Kisses and Sea Turtle Hearts! Harbor Landing 101B!

Please be advised that tile is being laid in the lobby. While the tile is being installed, there will still be elevator access on the ground floor as they plan to tile 1/2 of the lobby at a time, leaving at least one elevator open at all times.

Seasonal water taxi can pick you up right there at the Harbor Landing dock and take you to the Destin Harbor or Crab Island!

Come home to Harbor Landing 101B!!! Welcome to Dolphin Kisses and Sea Turtle Hearts!!! Walk into this expansive condo overlooking boat slips, open harbor waters, and the Destin Harbor skyline! Located on Holiday Isle overlooking the harbor with glimpses of the gulf will be a pleasant respite from everyday life!

A spacious three-bedroom 3, bath corner condo in this gated community on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. We are conveniently located on the first floor, the second level of the building (the garage is on the first level). Enjoy views of the harbor marina and a peek of gulf views from the wrap-around balcony. The expansive living space is open to the kitchen/dining area and features new LVP flooring.

This split plan offers two over-sized bedrooms, one with a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom offers two comfy full-size beds with a desk and plenty of spare space. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom!

You can go into the vast living room with sophisticated touches of art and refinement. And the wrap-around balcony will be a favorite spot to wind down after a busy day on the gulf, either by crystal white sands or tranquil, clear blue or green water, depending on the day. Enjoy your favorite evening cocktail while watching the sunset, harbor lights, and life begin the evening!

The palatial master bedroom set in a state of subtle elegance will draw you in at the end of your evening, welcoming you to relax and recharge for the following day. Have a seat on the balcony and remember the day's events. You could also opt for the massaging and relaxing feel of the jacuzzi-style tub in the master bath.

Perfect and convenient

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was incredibly clean, located right across from the beach and very safe and secure. Very spacious and well layed out as well. In addition, the staff at the property were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Very well kept

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Destin! The unit was incredibly well kept—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. One of the highlights was definitely the wraparound balcony. The views were great, especially at sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location was convenient, and minutes from the beach. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoy time at the beach and nearby entertainment!

Great Location and Property.

Was a great stay outside of ongoing construction which we weren’t aware of going in. Customer service was excellent and quick at fixing minor issues we had. Stayed with a family with small children, teens and adults and was great for all.

Daughters senior trip

Condo was really big and spacious. Very clean and had lots of kitchen space. We enjoyed our stay. Sitting out on the balcony was nice as well.

Property is very spacious and conveniently located with very close to beach. There is construction going on in the building which we did not know. Some things like coffee pods, creamer, sugar and salt should be made available in the unit. Having beach equipment like surf boards and other kids stuff was nice...

Amazing property and location

We loved our time here as a family and had plenty of room to get comfy. The wraparound balcony is especially amazing! The location is right across the street from the beach (and your private beach boardwalk.) FYI, you will have to then walk to the public part of the beach to set up but it isn’t bad at all. Also, because you’re near a bunch of private beach areas, the amount of people is vastly lower than other areas of the beach. Super nice!! There’s a restaurant about an 8-10 min walk east of your boardwalk entrance called Sand Flea that had great lunch! The only issues we had with the rental were the cleanliness/working order of things. This place is managed by a rental company so I don’t want this review to negatively impact the owners but I feel it needs to be brought up. The floor had not been mopped and left our feet/bottoms of our shoes looking like we were walking in a parking lot. The master bathroom tub didn’t hold water which made bathing a toddler difficult and the bathroom light was out which left it quite dark if you had the toilet room closed. Overall, a great weekend.
