Summary:
Location is hard to beat! This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! You will be greeted by a spacious living room with beamed ceilings and limestone walls. Enjoy the large and comfortable leather sofa around the 56” Smart TV with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is separated by one of the original rock-walls from the late 1800's. Plus the kitchen is overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard and outdoor fireplace. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- 3 Bedrooms:
Downstairs: Master bedroom with a king bed and 2nd bedroom with a queen bed
Upstairs: 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds
- 2.5 bathrooms:
Downstairs 1 master bathroom with his/her sinks + walk-in shower, it's connected between master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. There is a half bathroom (toilet and sink) in the hallway around the stairs.
Upstairs 1 full ensuite bathroom with 3rd bedroom
- Full kitchen with a full fridge, a dishwasher, toaster, blender and 2 coffee makers: Keurig and a drip coffee machine (no ice maker)
- Spacious living room with beamed ceilings and limestone walls
- High speed Wifi & 56" Smart TV in Living Room
- Lovely and spacious fully fenced yard with a outdoor fireplace + BBQ grill available (Charcoal, BYO)
- Washer/Dryer available (BYO laundry detergent and dryer sheets)
Note: Living room fireplace is not functional. It's not to be used during your stay!
BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

- This property is pet friendly. A $45 per pet/per night fee + taxes, limited to 45 lbs. weight limit and 2 pets MAX. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.
- Not Suitable for children/infants, must be 12 and older.
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
- Stair Disclaimer: Please note that there are stairs inside the home and they are a bit steep, specifically leading up to the 3rd bedroom equipped with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Exercise caution, as this feature may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical/physical conditions.
- Note: This house is historic and features vintage elements. Please be gentle and considerate while staying in the property.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
