Introducing Paradise Pointe ~ a contemporary two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that combines modern comfort with a coastal feel. This updated unit features a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with two full-size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, while partial water views add a soothing touch to the ambiance. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the refreshing breeze and glimpses of the water.Residents can take advantage of the on-site shared pool for leisurely swims, and boating enthusiasts will appreciate the first-come, first-served dockage for their watercraft. The pool is heated & chilled.
Conveniently located near amenities, dining, and entertainment, this condo offers a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. Ideal for those seeking a stylish retreat with a touch of waterfront allure.
There is no communal grilling stations. If your unit does not have a grill you cannot use someone elses. Grills are not allowed on balconies & must be 20ft from the buildings per city fire code. The unit comes with a large Kamado Joe Charcoal grill. There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. The parking spot is just shy of 8 feet high and is 40 feet long. There is no on-site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No RVs,campers or motorhomes.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer. The trailer must fit under the parking space or you will need to find alternative storage. There is no guarantee of dockage as it is first come first serve.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. A public boat ramp is nearby, located near Vaca Cut for easy Gulf and ocean access. Enjoy the peaceful setting of this quiet community! Want more space? Check out Keys Therapy!
