About this space
Welcome to my home! I'm Ashley, I'm a local real estate agent but this is one of my personal properties. I've used an interior decorator to give you the most relaxing space possible during your stay. I am also the author of Travel To Phoenix, A Travel Guide and Journal, so I know the best locations!

You have your own code. They are changed with every new tenant. Simply light the screen up by touching the icon in the middle. Then, enter your code followed by #.
You will not have a key for the doorknob. Feel free to lock it when you're home, but don't lock yourself out!
There is a security camera on the exterior of the property that feeds to my cell phone. Please do not dismantle these cameras. Tampering with the security equipment is grounds for immediate dismissal.

I want you to kick back and relax after your long shifts and have access to fun things to see and do around Phoenix during your time off. I've written a book called "Travel To Phoenix, A Travel Guide and Journal" that gives you a way to customize your stay! If you choose my property, a house copy will already be on your coffee table. It's used as a guest book and a review station for different experiences around the Valley. I hope your time here is as memorable as it is profitable!

I don't like there to be a lot of rules but here's an overview:
Please:
- No Pets
- No Smoking
- No Candles
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
When checking out:
- Place all garbage in the trash can so housekeeping knows what needs to be thrown away vs. what may have been accidentally left behind.
- Strip the sheets off the bed and put all used linens in the laundry basket. Even the items you used and washed so everything to be professionally cleaned. PLEASE LEAVE THE MATTRESS AND PILLOW ENCASEMENTS IN PLACE.
- Leave the Pool and Mail Key on the kitchen counter
- Lock the door behind you
- Leave a (hopefully 5 star) review!

Great proximity to Papago Park

If you want to be close to Papago Park for golf or hiking, this is the place. The proximity to the street and sofa bed made it a little challenging for all (3 of us) to have a good night’s sleep but some soundproofing and mattress pad can solve those issues.

I'm from Bryan/College Station, Texas, but I lived in Houston, New York City, Los Angeles, & now Phoenix. I have 2 boys 15 years apart, and a dog named Humphrey Bogart. I was an actress for a long time, so you'll be able to see any of my movies if you're inclined. I now teach Drama as well as my real estate business. I was a Kilgore College Rangerette and danced professionally when I lived in NYC, so I miss dancing tremendously, and when I find some personal time again, I'd love to get back to ballroom dancing. Right now, I love spending time with my boys, it goes by so fast. I like hosting because I love being of service to people. I especially love having longer-term stays like travel nurses or families in transition because I feel like I'm giving back to my community. Plus this is a business for me, so I love that it brings in some income for my family. I also published a book called "Travel to Phoenix, Arizona". It's a travel guide for all my guests that I host here in PXH.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to several hospitals, and it was so central to a lot of the hot spots around town. It is 10 min from Old Town Scottsdale without having to pay Scottsdale prices, and the same with Tempe: 10 min from there for half the price. It's also only 10 min from the airport, so when my guests fly in, they only have a little bit of time to travel once they land. My home is an hour from PHX Sky Harbor, so I know the dreaded drive home after a long day of travel. LOL!

I know there are a lot of choices when you come to Phoenix. So, my property was furnished with the comfort of traveling professionals in mind. I set it up so you can have a nice, comfortable workspace or unwind after a long day (or night). I take a lot of pride in knowing that my guests are happy and comfortable, so my TLC is unique to my properties. I'm not a big property management company, so you'll have a more personal touch. Last is my book! I have a copy in my units, so you can use it to plan activities and experiences during your stay!
