Awesome location for Family Getaway

This home is beautiful, we’ll maintained and location is perfect to so many local attractions around Naples. We really enjoyed the pool, local beaches and area restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful!

Wonderful vacation

House was as described and beautifully decorated. The pool and back yard were lovely, and the home is located near the beach. This certainly was a tranquil and relaxing vacation for us yet very close to downtown Naples and wonderful restaurants. Perfect rental property!

Great place to stay. Had every convenience imaginable. Close to the beach, shopping and downtown Naples. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing.

Relaxing Pool Home

We had a great time at this home. The pool is heated and it make you feel like you’re at a private resort. The owners are friendly and helpful with answering any questions you may have. The home has everything needed for a great vacation!

Relaxing

No complaints from us! The house was clean and well stocked on everything needed. The back patio area and pool was quiet and very relaxing, exactly what we needed! The location was perfect and close to everything.

Wonderful home

The home is very comfortable. The pool/backyard is nice and private. They have all the stuff you need for the beach. It was very clean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will definitely rent again.

Cozy and clean little house with everything you need and even more. The owners take very good care of it. Lovely outdoor setting with a good-sized swimming pool. Close to shopping and dining. The owner answered all our questions and gave good advice about the area. We had a great time in Naples.

Fun in the Sun

This house was awesome. It was perfect for our needs. The house was spacious and clean. The back yard with the heated pool was great. We liked sitting at the table in the lanai with coffee or wine. It was a great location for us going to many different places. We would definitely rent again

Great Amenities

This place had everything we needed and more. I loved the bikes and riding to the beach with all the beach supplies that were provided. The pool was nice. At one point i needed an envelope and of course there was one there.

A wonderful oasis in the heart of everything!

Charming home outfitted with every comfort of home and then some. Very centrally located from Naples, Ft. Myer's, Estero Beach and just an hour or two away from Sarasota and St. Petersburg. More importantly, 5 minutes from a fabulous beach: Vanderbilt Beach. You can take one of the bikes (4 in the garage) and be at the beach in 5 minutes! There's garage parking steps away from the beach too. Thought we wouldn't use the pool that much, but there's nothing better than a dip after a long day of sightseeing. Our hosts made this process extremely easy to book. I recommend this property highly!!!

Very comfortable house

This house is a very comfortable place for four people to stay. Both bedrooms are large, with bathrooms attached. The kitchen is very well equipped with most anything you would need for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and lanai almost every day. My only negative comments are that the owners do not have expanded cable, so stations like TNT and TBS were not available. Since we were there during March madness and wanted to watch certain games, that was a problem. The only other thing was the ugly, rusted, metal storage she just outside the lanai in the back yard. It is really unsightly, and somewhat spoiled an otherwise lovely back yard. Overall, however, it was a great house for us.

Thank you for your suggestion for more channels. We are removing the shed when we go in July. We planned to do in April but did not have enough time after upgrading the lighting in the kitchen and dining room. We are always looking to improve our home.Hope to see you again in the future.

Great North Naples Home

This home is exceptionally clean and organized. It had everything you need for a vacation week. Nice warm pool and lounge chairs for sunbathing. Washer and dryer was a nice plus. We had to purchase toilet paper and food but that’s usually what we do. Vanderbilt beach is 1 mile away. We rode the bikes down there a few times. Walking with beach accessories would be quite the task. There is limited paid parking for this beach so get there early (9-10am). Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby or go about 15 mins south to downtown for even more food and shopping. We enjoyed Deep Lagoon Seafood, Joe’s Diner, and Captain & Krewe. We took in a pole boat tour in the Everglades and also visited the Naples Zoo where we both fed a giraffe! Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Host was very quick at responding. We had a 5 star time for sure! Thanks!

Nice House, Super Pool

Really enjoyed our stay in Naples, the house was as-advertised, very comfortable and well-appointed. Nearby to shopping and other adventures. The pool is covered and we saw almost no bugs at all. Pool was really nice.

A charming, clean and well equipped place to stay.

The property was ideal for my wife and I. We found the decorations and accommodations well suited for us. Its a tastefully done home with everything we needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation. A very nice outdoor space and pool is where we spent a lot of time. We used the bikes for a nice ride to the beach each morning for a walk. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing!

First off, we had a slight emergency and the homeowners accommodated swiftly which was a great start to our trip. The house is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is much larger than we though as well. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The pool is amazing! It’s the perfect size (I’m 6’3” and had to stand on my tiptoes at the deepest end to keep my head above the water). The house is also well stocked with pots, pans, seasonings etc. They’ve really thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were pleased to find the home stocked with supplies that made our vacation that much more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again, where everything we wanted to do in Naples was within reach. :-)

Ein tolles Ferienhaus !

Ein tolles Ferienhaus! Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt und waren nicht das letzte Mal da! sehr sauber und viel Platz. Sehr viel Spaß hat der beheizte Pool und das abendliche sitzen auf der Veranda gemacht - alles überdacht. Sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Fahrräder waren top und der Weg zum Strand in rund 15 Minuten erledigt. viele Strandutensilien sind in der geräumigen Garage vorhanden und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, Alles in Allem: Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht!

Close to everything! Beach, great shops and restaurants. Mercato is down the street with its many shops, restaurants, movie theater and Whole Foods store.

Very private pool and patio area. Please be aware we have security camera on the front door, driveway and sidewalk area only. We only activate them until guests check in then they are turned off. There are no cameras on the inside , patio or pool areas of the house. Please let us know if you have any question prior to or during your stay.
